Free private parking area available in hotel.
Free public parking area available in our 2 stars Hotel Reiter located 200 meters from the main boat station to/from Saint Mark's Square.
All rooms with private bath/shower, TVC, mini-bar, Air conditioner, central heating , direct dial phone.
Free Internet Point: you can check your e-mail and surf the web. The hotel also offers the amenities of Lobby and Reception. RATES ROOM-ONLY (no breakfast included)

Nice hotel, misadvertised location
First: It's not a 100 meters from the beach -- it's about 7 min walk. Also it's not 15 min from Saint Mark's Square -- it's 15 min by boat plus 15 min walk to this boat. There is a bus to the boat though. Apart from that, the hotel is very nice. Nothing fancy and the rooms are not big, but the staff is friendly, and the hotel has some authentic touch. Also, the Lido neighborhood is quite and sweet, and the beach is not crowded at all (in the beginning of July'09 it wasn't at least). I would recommend it to those visiting Venice for more than just few days, planning to combine Venice itself with some beach time, and not intending to spend too much time at the hotel.

Good Value
This is the second time we have stayed at Villa Parco. We like the quiet location on Lido while we are visiting Venice. There are also cafes, restaurants and shopping close by. The value is great!

just avoid this
if you want to have a trip of venice you want to remember for something other then the bad hotel, please skip this hotel. Horrible service, bad rooms, and it is a hassle to get to this place and travel to Venice from here.

Bad experience
Old dirty hotel, very small bathrooms, evertything broken and not working but excelent air condition in our room. Rude and unpolite Asian looking guy in reception, two others italian receptionists (man and woman)very nice and helpfull. Almost nothing to eat for breakfast (5 euro additional charge). This hotel should have one star not three

Очень милый отельчик ! Удобно
Очень милый отельчик ! Удобно расположен и Венеция в 20 минутах, и пляжи рядышком , и на велосипедах покатались в удовольствие !!! Очень приятный садик около отеля - утром одно удовольствие завтракать ! И даже прудик маленький с золотыми рыбками ! Завтрак накрывает милая женщина из Молдовы Света и приятно услышать русскую речь . Очень удачное предложение и по деньгам и по расположению !

Il s'agit d'un hôtel ancien familial, accueil agréable, qui aurait besoin d'un sacré rafraichissement : vieilles moquettes, vieux meubles abimés, dépareillés, décoration ancienn mais bonne literie et climatisation. Le plus : l'emplacement et le parking

gemütlich, easy, keine probleme
Am meisten hat mir die Ruhe und die Nähe zum Strand gefallen. das Zimmer war i.O. und die Angestellten sehr sympathisch. Leider hatten wir am ersten Tag kein warmes Wasser gehabt. Sie hatten das aber schnell wieder i.O. gebracht. Internet hat auch leider nicht funktioniert. nur beim Eingang war das Signal stark genug. Für junge Leute ist das super

Je ne sais pas comment est calculée l'attribution des étoiles en Italie mais cet hôtel ne peut pas en mériter trois! Tout est très passable voire franchement mauvais. La propreté de la chambre (du tapis jusqu'à la salle de bain), le petit déjeuner servi dans un sous-sol particulièrement glauque et le personnel qui répond rarement ou de mauvaise grâce aux salutations. Seul point positif: le calme la nuit. En même temps cela se comprend étant donné l'éloignement de l'hôtel du centre du Lido. Enfin, si vous n'avez pas de voiture, cet hôtel n'est vraiment pas pratique...
