When we arrived we were met by a night porter who was clearly upset that we woke him. The carpet in the room was wet and there was a damp problem in the room. We went for breakfast at 9.05 and were told that breakfast finished at 09.00 (4* hotels normally still organize something). This was definitely not a 4*

Were received by night porter who looked as if to blame us for waking him. Came down for breakfast at 9.05 but breakfast was already finished. 4* hotel normally does its best to still accomodate but not this one. If this is a 4* than I am Santa Claus.
