quiet location in Lido (7 min walk from the ferry terminal), small but comfortable room with own bathroom, very friendly service, free WiFi... highly recommend if you want to get some rest and sleep away from the crowds of Venice mainland!

Welcomed by friendly staff. Excellent location in quiet, elegant street in Lido - away from crowded Venice. Fifteen minutes to Piazza San Marco by ferry bus. V. regular vaporetta (ferry bus) transport to all of Venice area. Near vaporetta stop (300 metres) and restaurants on Lido. Ensuite bedroom clean and tastefuly furnished. Good breakfast and free use of bicycles to sight-see Lido.

Calme et bien-être sont les termes
Calme et bien-être sont les termes qui conviennent le mieux pour définir ce lieu plutôt coquet et à l'accueil agréable. Bon emplacement à proximité des vaporetti, de la place pour garer son véhicule. A 15 mn de Piazza San Parco. Petit déjeuner copieux et servi avec beaucoup d'amabilité. Nous recommandons cet endroit de charme!

Splendida cortesia del proprietario. Una villa degli anni '30 a nostra disposizione, chiavi in mano! Perfettamente ristrutturata secondo canoni di architettura del benessere (bioarchitettura, materiali ecologici e principi feng-shui). Anche la colazione è biologica! La nostra camera era deliziosa, romantica, con travi a soffitto e una parete in pietra. Tutto nuovissimo e pulito. Ottima posizione vicino al traghetto. Ci ritorneremo!

Die sehr ruhige Lage des Hotels
Die sehr ruhige Lage des Hotels ist wegen seiner Nähe zur Anlegestelle der Boote hervorragend. Dss Frühstück war gut. Bei dem uns überlassenen Zimmer handelte es sich allerdings um einen relativ kleinen Dachraum mit schrägen Wänden und einem Dachfenster, das nur durch Hochsteigen auf das Bett erreichbar war; wegen eines auf Kopfhöhe verlaufenden Balkens mussten wir uns sehr vorsichtig bewegen. 3 Sterne sind für so ein Zimmer zu viel, der Preis dafür war hoch.
