- The rooms vary in size and style. They are in good condition even if a bit dated. The bathrooms are clean and also in good condition but a little old fashioned. They are equipped with all the modern facilities proper of a 3-star hotel.

I would have rather slept in the street
The Universo e Nord was by far the worst hotel experience I ever had. This was my first trip to Venice. Maybe I just dont know how they do things over here. But the room was too small, ridiculously overpriced. The staff was rude and rarely helpful, and the bed that my fiance and myself shared was just two twin beds pushed together. The gate was locked at midnight, every night, if you needed to get in after midnight they made you wait outside ringing the bell for at least thirty minutes. We never came in before twelve, and that was the shortest amount of we had waited, it was usually longer. Needless to say the hotel stay didn't make the trip any better. But I will say that the location was very good, and Venice was amazing, but when I go back I will definitely not be staying in this hotel.

Short walk from hotel
Water bus, the cheapest way to travel around Venice. Lots of markets, this is an excellent jump off point for touring Venezia St. Lucia (The island of Venice)

No outside view in close proximity
No outside view in close proximity to train station and therefore easily accessible. Staff helpful though at times English a little limited but they did their best

조금 오래되었으나 산타루시아 역에서 5분거리이기 때문에
조금 오래되었으나 산타루시아 역에서 5분거리이기 때문에 위치성이 무지 좋습니다. 저렴한 가격에 깨끗한 호텔을 원하시면 후회는 안하실 것 같네요. 다만 오래되었기 때문에 다른 최신의 호텔을 생각하시면 안됩니다. 잠잘때 조금 춥고요. ^^

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich
Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns sogar schon morgens das Zimmer beziehen lassen. Die Reservierung über den Hotelclub hat hervorragend geklappt. Es ist zwar kein Aufzug vorhanden, aber das Gepäck wurde auf das Zimmer getragen. Das Frühstück war reichlich und es gab sogar Müsli. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und können es empfehlen.
