Not the Traditional Westin Experience you Might Expect
There was no one to greet us at the dock when we arrived by water taxi, the hotel staff was not very helpful, check-in was three hours past when they promised us and the hotel has lots of scuffs and scratches on the walls that they don't seem to
do anything about. We stayed in the largest room in the hotel overlooking the grand canal and I must say that I was not very impressed.
