Great location
Great location. Superior suite. Very roomy and comfortable. Expensive as everything is in Venice. Should add coffee maker and iron in suite. Water taxi is like the Lexington Ave subway during the rush hour.

Good Experience
The hotel layout was initially confusing but once you learned it, it was easy. The staff was freindly. The room was exceptional for Europe at that price range. Beautifully decorated, spacious, and clean. The only thing we did not like was that the bed was VERY firm and not comfortable if you are used to sleeping on a soft mattress. The location was excellent, only steps away from St Marks Square. Overall we give the hotel a 4 out of 5. Breakfast WAS NOT INCLUDED.

The American Bar/Cafe under the clock on St Marks Square has great prices on sandwiches and coffee. Only 2 minutes from the hotel.

Great!
The suite was beyond our expectations. It was bright and pretty with plenty of room for the four of us. The location was perfect, in the heart of St. Marcos Square. I would definately stay there again.

Great location, very comfortable
We were very pleased with the room we had in our suite. I was travelling with my daughter and it was nice to have our own space. As we were there in July with high temperatures and humidity, the air conditioning was very welcome.

not open for "Service" too much talk
If Venice didn't have the canals I would NOT spend any time or money there ever again., what a bunch of HAND ME DOWN type of life bad service everywhere., and you absolutely have NO CHOICE it's the same all over.

What Night Life????? On a good note I had the opportunity to see my Friend Paco de Lucia.,, that makes every thing else not count . But I wouldnot recommend Venice to a settled type of vacation., for a backpacker maybe OK., but not for someone who enjoys the good life

prix du petit déjeuner cher (15 euros ) prix pour les enfants 15 euros aussi toutes les suites de l'hotel ne sont pas les mèmes alors que le prix reste identique . l'an dernier nous avions obtenu une suite plus spacieux que cette fois ci . Amabilité du personnel tout juste convenable.
