A tax has been imposed by the city for stays beginning 1 October 2012, and will be collected directly at the property. The tax ranges from EUR 1 to EUR 5 per person, per night. The amount has been determined by the local administration, depends on the star rating of hotel and the season of travel. This tax does not apply from the 6th consecutive night of stay onwards, to residents of Venice City and children under 10 years of age. Please note that further exemptions may apply. Great location (once we found it!). Very comfortable room for two people, large bathroom, 24 hour friendly and helpful reception particularly valued after a tiny bit of snow delayed italian trains... Excellent reduced rates for last minute booking. Small crowded breakfast room but great food and coffee; fresh fruit salad was fabulous.

Staff were very helpful with tourist advice, assistance with a minor injury and allowing use of their computer for checking in for the return flight. Particularly nice touch was a small bottle of Prosecco and a note on my birthday. Only criticism would be the cramped breakfast seating and tables.

Short walk from hotel
Book your visit to St Mark's Basilica in advance of leaving home. It only costs one Euro each, and saves you queueing for two hours with no shade. You walk straight in!

dommage que nous ayons été dans l'annexe moins agréable que l'hôtel, salle de bains un peu petite, mais tout très propre et neuf, conforme au descriptif, personnel très gentil, emplacement idéal entre rialto et saint marc plein centre au calme

Globalement très bien : emplacement, services, petits déjeuners... Un seul reproche : la douche bizarrement foutue! Absence de bac, de rideau, de cloison, carrelage faience au sol (glissant), faible inclinaison favorisant l'eau stagnante. Celui qui prend une douche inonde toute la salle de bains : lavabo, WC, tabouret, pèse-personne, porte-serviettes...

Bel hôtel récent très bien situé
Bel hôtel récent très bien situé (à 200 m du Rialto). Tout est neuf. Cabine de douche très petite. Salle de petit déjeuner très petite également, table pas très pratique pour 3 personnes. Nous étions logés dans une annexe de l'hôtel (chambre triple) à 50 m du bâtiment principal. Très calme. C'était parfait
