Great location (once we found it!). Very comfortable room for two people, large bathroom, 24 hour friendly and helpful reception particularly valued after a tiny bit of snow delayed italian trains... Excellent reduced rates for last minute booking. Small crowded breakfast room but great food and coffee; fresh fruit salad was fabulous.

Notation hotel San Lucas
Mon séjour dans cet hotel s'est très bien déroulé; personnel très accueillant ; emplacement excellent à 2mn du pont Rialto et 5mn de la place San Marco. Déjeuner excellent. La seule raison pour laquelle je n'ai pas mis excellent dans la notation globale est que notre chambre (n° 107) était bruyante; un ronronnement permanent d'un appareil électrique ( origine à déterminer) m'a gêner la nuit pour bien dormir. Je l'ai signalé à la personne de l'accueil le jour de mon départ; elle a semblé compréhensive. Voilà sinon super séjour avec mon épouse

Pour le budget, il est difficile de tenir avec un petit budget; toilettes publiques 1,50€ pour aller au WC; tour en gondole 80€ une demi heure; excursion par bateau Murano/ Burano 32€ par personne l'aller/ retour; 32€ aller/retour aéroport /Venise /aéroport + repas aux restaurants + entrées aux musées etc... ça défile très vite; c'est pour cela que le séjour doit être relativement court.

Sehr freundlich
Das Hotel liegt ausgesprochen zentral,Wie waren im Nebengebäude in einer Seitengasse untergebracht, die Zimmer hier sind für venezianische Verhältnisse groß. Der Inhaber, aber auch die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hlfsbereit, als Verbesserung könnte noch ein Schuhputzautomat und ein stationäer Internetzugang gefallen. Insgesamt ein sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix pour ce petit hôtel charmant
Accueil et personnel de l'hôtel au top qui parlent très bien français ! C'est un petit hôtel très bien situé dans Venise. Les petits déj sont également corrects. Notre chambre était propre et spacieuse. Rapport qualité prix avantageux... nous avons passé un bon week-end de novembre ! Les deux seuls points négatifs sont l'insonorisation des chambres et les odeurs dans le hall d'entrée.
