A tax has been imposed by the city for stays beginning 1 October 2012, and will be collected directly at the property. The tax ranges from EUR 1 to EUR 5 per person, per night. hotel très bien situé car à Venise
hotel très bien situé car à Venise même, à 5 minutes à pied de la gare. les chambres côté rue sont assez bruyantes. les papiers décollés, le plafond de la salle de bain moisi... mais il semblerait que le rapport qualité-prix soit intéressant pour Venise qui est une ville où l'hotellerie est très chère.

le stanze sono molto piccole non
le stanze sono molto piccole non c'è l'ascensore però il rapporto qualità prezzo è effettivamente corretto dunque meno pagate meno servizi avete!

Hotel situato in ottima posizione, vicinissimo alla stazione ferroviaria e all'imbarco per i vaporetti. Personale gentile. Camera piccola ma pulita, colazione discreta. Ottimo per chi desidera visitare Venezia e restare tutto il giorno fuori. Molto economico.

サンタルチア駅からすぐ。とても便利な場所にあります。エレベータがなく、「荷物の運び込みが大変だな」と思っていたところ、さいわい１Ｆ（フロントの一個上のフロア）の部屋が空いていて、お願いしたら、快くお部屋を変更してくれました。

ホテルの位置はとても便利だとは思いますが、ホテルの建物は、レストランの上で、入り口が、隣のホテルとレストランの間（隙間）から入っていかなくてはいけなく、その通路は人が一人通れるぐらいのスペースしかなく、大型のスーツケースなら、確実に通れません。それに、建物は急な階段でエレベーターがないので、運ぶのが半端なく大変です。 私が一番心配になったのは、もし、地震や火事なんかがあったらまず助からないだろうなっていう事でした。安さだけで選ぶならいいけれど、安全性を求めるならお勧めしません。 部屋は、ベッド 取り付けのクローゼットがあるだけで、広くはありません。でも、シャワールームは清潔でした。

ホテルZecchiniの系列なのか、フロントは同じでした。部屋までは狭い路地を通り、更にエレベーターが無いので、大きい荷物を持った人にはお勧めできないかと。 フロントの人の対応は良く、最初タオルが無かったが言ったらすぐ置いてくれた。 立地は駅からすぐなので分かりやすいという面では良いかと。 部屋は天井が低く、圧迫感があり狭く感じます。でも清潔だし寝るだけなら問題ないです。

Achei o hotel bom, da aflicao q eh num beco, mas em Veneza eh assim. O cafe e recepcao fica em outro hotel, q alias parece melhor e mais facil de achar. o cafe eh bom, mas eh num lugar bem apertado e quente, qdo calor. O quarto eh ok, com uma vista legal pra rua, tem ar-condicionado e chuveiro excelente. Ficaria ali de novo! Preco x qualidade = excelente
