A tax has been imposed by the city for stays beginning 1 October 2012, and will be collected directly at the property. The tax ranges from EUR 1 to EUR 5 per person, per night. Good location, tiny rooms
Located right around the corner from Plaza San Marco is convenient, but the size of the room which was only slightly bigger than the queensize bed inside was disappointing. The hotel also missed the mark on the 5-star rating that I can only assume is a self rating. The staff were friendly and very helpful, but the hotel lacked the nicities usually associated with a 5-star hotel. Stay in the monaco around the corner instead.

Accueil et Prestations ...le TOP!!!
Séjour de 4 jours très agréable entre autre par la qualité de cet hôtel très ...haut de gamme, et idéalement placé. Beaucoup de services gratuits sont inclus (bateau navette avec chauffeur perso, guide pour visite, ...)il suffit de les demander. Restauration très qualitative et chambres dotées d'un confort et d'un silence remarquables. Que du bonheur!

Réservez une soirée sur l'ile de Torcello avec visite de l'église et dinez à "l'osteria ponte del diavol"...Laissez vous tenter par le Loup en croute de Sel.....

parfait pour les amoureux!
l'extérieur ne paie pas de mine mais l'intérieur est un palais du 18è au confort d'un palace avec un personnel d'une qualité rare. Le petit déjeuner est simplement époustoufflant. La situation idéale.

Super hotel
Un emplacement idéal qui nous fait découvrir en quelques pas la place St MARC à des heures où l'affluence est minime. L’hôtel en lui même nous plonge dans un luxe vénitien typique où le verre de Murano y est omniprésence. Le personnel est à l’écoute du moindre désire ou demande. Toute fois un petit bémol sur la restauration qui n'est pas à la hauteur et la classe de l’hôtel. A savoir néanmoins que le rapport qualité prix du menu et très acceptable par rapport aux restaurateurs alentour.

Short walk from hotel
Attention, la restauration autour de la place St MARC est loin d'être à la hauteur des prix pratiqués. Mieux vaut être sur une valeur sur comme les PIZZA pour ne pas être déçu. Ou ne pas hésiter à choisir un restaurateur de classe où le cout sera certes 15% à 20% plus cher (menu) mais avec de forte chance d'être satisfait. (Même si ce n'est pas à la hauteur de la gastronomie Française)
