Good location, tiny rooms

Located right around the corner from Plaza San Marco is convenient, but the size of the room which was only slightly bigger than the queensize bed inside was disappointing. The hotel also missed the mark on the 5-star rating that I can only assume is a self rating. The staff were friendly and very helpful, but the hotel lacked the nicities usually associated with a 5-star hotel. Stay in the monaco around the corner instead.

parfait pour les amoureux!

l'extérieur ne paie pas de mine mais l'intérieur est un palais du 18è au confort d'un palace avec un personnel d'une qualité rare. Le petit déjeuner est simplement époustoufflant. La situation idéale.

Accueil et Prestations ...le TOP!!!

Séjour de 4 jours très agréable entre autre par la qualité de cet hôtel très ...haut de gamme, et idéalement placé. Beaucoup de services gratuits sont inclus (bateau navette avec chauffeur perso, guide pour visite, ...)il suffit de les demander. Restauration très qualitative et chambres dotées d'un confort et d'un silence remarquables. Que du bonheur!
