Good but incorrect information
This was a fine hotel. However[...] it says that there is an airport shuttle. This is not true. The hotel is quite a distance from the airport and it cost 40 Euro for the transport that the desk arranged. While the price of the room was reasonable, it was really more when adding in the airport transport cost.

Nice and Modern hotel, very hip
Nice and Modern hotel, very hip and spacious room, beds are excellent. Breakfast was nice too, staff friendly and helpful. Only thing is that i missed a jug and coffee and tea facilities in the room, which european hotels do not provide, which we are used to in The Asian and Pacific countries. Easy to catch a bus to Venice, overall a very nice stay!

Nice hotel in a central location.
Nice hotel in a central location. Convenient and frequent bus service to Venice only a few metres away from the hotel. Friendly staff.

Great location,easy access to Venice and
Since we arrived very early, the staff placed our luggage in the room when it became available. We were able to navigate Venice thanks to the great advice and helpfulness of the staff. The hotel offers easy access to the airport via bus.

That happens... everything broken
OK, I only wanted a few thing, nice comfy bed, AC, and internet (along with quiet). I got the quiet, thats it. As for the AC, they said something like "so many rooms, that happens". As for the broken internet (even on their own computer) they said "its our provider, that happens sometimes". Ihe TV remote, broken, the shower, dribbles...I could go on.

THE TRAVELERS!
Small, clean, safe & bus accessible.
We were pleased with the young lady @ the desk, helpful & welcoming. We were disappointed to learn the only airport shuttle was the bus that stops in front of the hotel. A taxi runs about 35-40 Euros (expensive) from the Cruise Port/Bus station & a better choice when you have luggage.

Short walk from hotel
To locate a restaurant and/or shopping, you must be prepared to walk several blocks or more. Their breakfast is not a hot breakfast, it is cold cereals, coffee cakes, fruit & yogurt, served in a spacious, immaculate dining area. It would have been nice to have complimentary internet for the guests who paid this price.

Nice, modernly equiped hotel. Good choice (esp. if you are with the car!) due to simple bus connection with Venice Old City. High quality equipment in the gym (even 2 massage-aem chairs!!) Rooms are OK, toiletes spacious. Overall - very good value for money.
