The Continental Hotel in Venice is centrally located to the train station, cafes, markets, and shops. It was just a short Vaporetto ride to St. Mark's square. I stayed with my 2 sons in the hotel and we had a triple room (3 separate beds) which
worked for us. It overlooked a nice courtyard. We had help getting our luggage to our room which made all the difference because of the different corridors and floors. The staff were pleasant especially the breakfast staff who were very attentive. This was a good value for us and we were there on a summer festival night. It was pretty quiet in our room as we were at the end of a corridor. Overall, I would definitely choose this hotel again and would recommend it to others.
Hotel features (5 = best, 1 = worst):
Long walk from hotel
My children and I had the energy to walk all around Venice from the hotel and could browse many of the shops and cafes locally.
