Loved This Hotel
My husband and I LOVED this hotel. It was a very nice boutique hotel centrally located between the Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. Hotel staff all spoke perfect English and were very helpful with maps and directions and the front desk had someone available 24 hours a day. Our room was large and clean and decorated in a Venetian style, though we could have used more closet space. The bathroom was modern and had a hair dryer. Breakfast each morning had a nice selection of foods (cheeses, meats, cold cereals, rolls, croisants,yogurt etc)and teas and coffee. There was enough of a selection to please most everyone. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other people.

If you get a chance take a boat ride to Morano, Borano and Torcello Islands. Definitely worth the time.

Venice Italy, Canaletto Hotel
This hotel was beautiful. It is great for a single traveler that doesnt want to spend to much money. The staff was very helpful and told me how to get wherever I needed to go. This hotel is in walking distance(5mins) to St. Marks Square.

Short walk from hotel
Shopping in Rialto is a lot less expensive than in St.Marks Square. There is a lot of the same stuff. Shop around for Murano Glass Jewelry. Chances are you will see huge price differences. The small snack stands that have pizza near the canaletto hotel are awesome.

Hôtel très correct
Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre de Venise. Très propre, impeccable. Petit déjeuner très correct. Attention, il faut éviter les chambres au-dessus du restaurant et ceci même en hiver. Le personnel est plus obséquieux que vraiment aimable et efficace.

4 nuits dans cet hotel tres calme et tres bien situé (5 mn du Rialto, 5 mn de San Marco) chambres confortables, personnel aux petits soins, Petit dejeuné copieux, prix en basse saison interessant. je donne 4 étoiles

Formidable
Idéalement placé pour flâner dans Venise, et au calme qui plus est. Petit déj très correct, chambre romantique, personnel avenant et serviable, nous avons passé un super-séjour lors du Carnaval. A recommander sans hésiter

Pour aller à Murano ( peu intéressant) ou Burano ( bien plus joli), aller prendre le vaporetto directement à Fondamento Nuovo : 10 mn à pied
