Long Weekend in Venice
The entire experience was perfect. The staff was very friendly, the rooms spacious and elegantly decorated with comfortable beds and a great location right on the Grande Canal

Wonderful place to stay in Venice
Spotless, beautiful, quaint with an outstanding staff!!! Location is fantastic as close to the train station and away from the crowded tourist area. Right on the canal. Serves a lovely breakfast with linen tablecloths. We stayed in the Cassanova room decorated in the 18th century period yet modern amenities such as flat screen tv, mini bar, wi-fi, great air conditioning and modern facilities in the bathroom. Would highly recommend!!!

Fantastique
Nous sommes partis trois jours, pendant le Carnaval, et nous sommes plus que satisfaits! Tout le personnel est très sympathiques (ils parlent tous français), l'hotel est placé à coté de la gare, et à 15 mn à pied de la place St Marc, dans un endroit qui n'est pas très touristique (donc très calme). Le petit déjeuner est juste énorme. De plus l'hotel propose une visite à Murano et chez un souffleur de verre gratuite (nous n'y sommes pas allés mais j'ai trouvé cela bien). La chambre n'était pas très grande, mais très agréable, propre et jolie (dans le style vénitien :) ) Voilà je vous recommande vivement cet hôtel. Bon voyage!

Le Top du professionnalisme et de la gentillesse
Coup de chapeau à tout le personnel qui s'est dévoué pour nous renseigner, et, nous rendre notre séjour extrêmement agréable. Nous avons passé grasse à eux, 5 journées inoubliables du 3 au 7 février 2013. A l'aide de leurs conseils, nous avons pu profité un maximum de la découverte des merveilles de Venise et de son carnaval. En flânant dans les petites ruelles, nous nous sommes laissés tenter par des petits restaurants essentiellement fréquentés par les Vénitiens, où nous avons découvert une bonne cuisine typique à un coût raisonnable. C'est le meilleur de nos 3 séjours à Venise. L’hôtel est bien situé (vaporetto à moins de 5 mn) et les chambres sont agréables, bien décorées, et très calmes. Les petits déjeuners sont de bonne qualité, variés et copieux. Un très grand merci à tout le personnel de cet hôtel, tant pour leur professionnalisme que pour leur gentillesse.
