Spotless hideaway in central location
I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I arrived with the friendly, yet non-overbearing staff, impeccable cleanliness and central, quiet location in the city. Even though I had a shared bathroom and all the rooms surrounded a common sitting/breakfast area, the accommodations were very comfortable and staff made sure that all requests were met with a smile and then double-checked to see if I remained satisfied. They even provided free internet service so I could stay in touch w/email! Continental breakfast was very hearty... would definitely recommend!!!

Short walk from hotel
Location was a real time saver to all various areas of interest. The S.Zaccaria water bus stop was the hub to all points of departure and everything was within walking distance, especially the Venice Biennale sites! Check out the Herby botanical products shop on the corner.. wonderful and aromatic.

Budget rooms
Some rooms are in the attic of the hotel and ceilings are very low. If you're over 6 feet tall, you might hit the head to the ceiling.

Great Location. Pathetic room.
There really is not a bad location in Venice, since nearly everything is within walking distance, but this hotel has a great location close to Rialto and San Marco. From the website, it appears that the hotel is well lit and easy to find, but our experience tells of something different. Since we arrived late (11PM), the alley that the hotel was located was completely pitch black and the sign was not easily visible. Then, we had to backtrack around the corner to the hotel's sister hotel to check in. The room was small and smelled musty with a hard double bed and ancient looking furniture, bed linens and amenities. The TV was about 12 inches and did not even work properly. Pros: Superb AC! Decent bathroom. The free breakfast was nothing special. Do not recommend.

terrible
they said they had no room for us with no explanation we ended up getting a hotel off the island of venice because everything was booked up terrible experience[...] i even called the hotel to confirm and they did but when we arrived they had nothing and treated us like we had the plague [...]

Overbooked downgrade with no compensatio
They overbooked and relocated me to another hotel, but with extremely bad condition. The room was dirty, had to share a bathroom with other people (in my original booking it was a single room with private bathroom). While the hotel rate was some $220/night, the room they relocated us was more like a hostel that cost no more than $40.

We stayed at the apartments on the otherside, it was a very very nice experience staying at the local apartments! Good staff, good breakfast good location! internet~ good renovation! The best stay in Italy ^_^b the only downside is the wc piping got a sanitory smell problem! 住在另一間公寓裡,超棒的!完全享受Venice的local文化.真心推薦ohh!

リアルト橋、サン・マルコ、サン・ザッカリアの船着場に中心分にあり、徒歩１０分程度。滞在型の徒歩観光に向いている。糺、管理人が常駐鬱していないので、ようちゅうい。
