Service ok, try and learna few Italian phrases, this will help. English speaking doesn't get you anywhere in Italy.

Great location
This hotel is 1-2 minutes from St. Marks Square, yet in a fairly quiet side street. From our windows we could see the gondula station. The breakfast buffet in a cozy breakfast room was great with freshly brewed coffee upon sitting down at the table. We liked the small size of the hotel, made the stay feel very intimate. Cleanliness was excellent. All in all, a great place to stay!

The location is so close to the dock at Piazza San Marco. Very convenient. The room looked elegant, and surprisingly so, considering the price. However, our first room did have a smelly bathroom. We asked for a different room and we were given a new one without any hassle. Great service and the breakfast is good.

très bonne hôtel bien située a cote de la place saint marc bon petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet très belle chambre charmante équiper pour passer un excellent séjour ps bon restaurant a droite de l hôtel dans la même rue

excellent séjour
Hotel très bien situé, chambre de qualité et très propre. Personnel efficace et disponible. Les points qui pourraient être améliorés: le petit déjeuner (salle trop petite et café insipide) , pour le confort de la chambre : il manque une baignoire et le lit double est en fait un canapé-lit , il n'y a pas de chaine télé en français).

Bel hôtel à la déco typiquement
Bel hôtel à la déco typiquement véntienne. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une chambre spacieuse à l'étage de la réception, avec vue sur le canal qui longe l'hôtel. Un service impeccable et un personnel très serviable. Petit plus: un goûter est servi gratuitement l'après-midi, pour tous ceux qui rentrent faire une pause avant de se préparer pour la soirée. Emplacement exceptionnel, à mi- chemin entre Place San Marco et le pont du Rialto. Très bonne adresse à recommander.
