BEST WESTERN Hotel Bisanzio

Great location, clean comfortable room and nice breakfast.Smooth check in with accommodating front desk staff who helped with restaurant recommendations and reservation as well as arranging a water taxi to the cruise terminal.

Hotel is nestled on a quiet street in the heart of Venice. Although we had a hard time finding it at first (The sign is engraved in the pavement of the main street before you get to the hotel), it was worth the wait. The hotel had unusually large rooms for a European hotel and the staff was exceptionally courteous & helpful. Definitely would stay there again.

Absolutely fantastic location near Piazza San Marco. Charming furniture and very clean. My only issue is that reception turn off power if they think you have left the room (to save power) which makes sense if they have been given the room key, but it was quite inconvenient for the lights and power to suddenly turn off-when we were in the room.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, although it is a bit hard to find and could do with a sign at the end of the street from the grand canal. Brilliant service, great breakfast that was included in our rate, wonderful and clean room. Our room was tiny but from looking at the fire escape map on the back of our door our room was half the size of every other room on the 1st level...I think we just got unlucky. Very highly recommended!

Although the staff were very efficient, most of the them were stiff and unfriendly. The hotel was is a great location, very clean and well appointed. Breakfast buffet was good.

Quiet, clean rooms, friendly staff. Definitely would recommend to friends. Will be back again.

This is an excellent hotel in Venice. The staff were extremely polite and helpful and the rooms were very clean and well presented. The location is very good, it is very close to St Mark's square but the price does not reflect this - very reasonable for Venice. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again

El personal de hotel es excelente, muy profesional y muy amable, la ubicacion de hotel es muy buena, cerca de todo sin tener el bullicio de las calles principales, la habitacion es amplia y agradable.

hotel tres bien situe a 5 minutes de la place saint marc, au calme, dans une ruelle en legere pente qui evite de se retrouver les pieds dans l'eau quand la mer monte. personnel discret et accueillant dejeuner copieux mais simple, peu de choix en fruits viennoiseries, et plats sales mais largement satisfaisant. service rapide et professionnel, salle calme seul regret l'absence de vue meme si certaines chambres donnent sur un cour interieure ou l'on voit un bout de canal a travers une arche.

Non era disponibile la tripla che avevamo prenotato e ci hanno alloggiati in una sontuosa suite, praticamente attaccata all'albergo, composta da due camere doppie, doppio servizio, soggiorno a doppia altezza, frigo, televisione, aria condizionata. Considerando che in genere a Venezia gli spazi sono limitati ciò non è poco. Ambiente nuovo e pulito, letti comodi. Posizione centralissima e tranquilla. Personale professionale, gentile e discreto, prima colazione a buffet a volontà. Ci tornerei volentieri.
