Great for first time to Venice

Staff was friendly, breakfast was fantastic!. Will be back. There is a train station 10 min walk from hotel ( Gaggio porte east.) Hotel shuttle will pick you up from airport for first time visitors. I suggest you call a day ahead to make a reservation let them know your coming. Shuttle does not run unless you call. They also arrange to take you to the island of Venice cost is 5 euro each way. But you can take the train back. The train will leave once an hour from track 2 from Venice last train leaves at 0036. Have a wonderful time you will love it.

Yearly Girly Trip

Everything at this Hotel was perfect. The reception staff were very friendly and very helpful. The Hotel ran a shuttle bus from Marco Polo Airport and also into Venice - you had to book the bus into Venice the night before you want to go and also when you want to return to the Hotel. This all worked splendidly as long as you pre-book. The Hotel restaurant was very good with excellent food which was well presented. The restaurant staff were great to get on with. The prices of the meals and drinks were very reasonable. The bedrooms are excellent and very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The Hotel is very well run and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Turn right out of the Hotel and there is a little town called Gaggio - only a 5 min walk - there is an excellent restaurant on the left who do excellent fish dishes as well as other dishes. There is a Pizza restaurant right across the road from the hotel. There is a large shopping mall with a good food court which is also a short walk away from the hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel

Very well designed hotel with all the modern amenities one can expect, and rooms very tastefully decorated. The breakfast buffet was very nice, staff extremely helpful. The journey to the island of Venice required a 20 min shuttle ride, would have been helpful if the shuttle buses ran more frequently. Both me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel

Great hotel

The hotel was awesome, but a little far from Venice. The shuttle service is a great fix for this, but a little expensive over the days. The breakfast was tasty and varied, and the amenities what you can expect from a good hotel. It has a Carrefour supermarket near (10min) with a complet mall if you want to buy anything. Also the Murano shop near it is really cheap (cheaper than Murano itself or Venice shops) and has really good stuff (perfect for gifts or souvenirs). In front of the hotel, there's a family restaurant really delicious, the food there was the best we tasted in Italy. A perfect hotel if you are looking for a quiet place to stay at night, but not the best if you want to feel the night at Venice (last shuttle around 22:00, and a taxi can cost as much as 50€).

Family restaurant in front of the hotel is perfect for a romantic dinner. Ask for the spaghetti with seafood or the mixed fried seafood.

Amazing Hotel

We visited Venice for a short break. As soon as we got to the hotel we were very pleased and pleasantly surprised as we didn't expect much to be honest as it was quite cheap. The lobby is awesome very spacious and very modern. The rooms were of a good size and very modern/contemporary. The staff were pleasant. Concierege was very helpful and actually reccomended we go to Milan which was 2.5 hours on the train and well worth the experience. Dont take notice of reviews which complain its too far from Venice centre, the hotel offers a shuttle service for 5 Euros every hour (taxi was 45 Euros!!!) and it only takes 15 mins. Only downside was the breakfast. The scrammbled egg was not very nice and they only had sausages to go with it which i couldnt eat. There was a hot drinks machine which you could use as many times as you wanted which was excellent as coffee and hot chocolate were on tap :-)

Great place to stay!

A wonderful place. Very clean, modern, and easy to find. Staff was wonderful, spoke great English and very helpful. Breakfast was open at 5am so that we could eat, ride the hotel shuttle, and get to the airport before 5:30 am. The hotel is within walking distance to a mall, a large toy store, and many restaurants. We plan to stay there again!! Also the shower was amazing!!!

Hotel near Venice airport

We had to be at the airport by 4:45am. It worked out perfectly. The wakeup call was on time, the taxi was waiting. Checkout was rapid. The staff was quite helpful and all spoke English. We had free internet access. The restaurant staff helped provide items not on the menu. And the exterior landscaping was beautiful. All in all a good experience.

Stayed here the first day a 11 day trip in Italy. Staff was very helpful. Hotel is about the standard or a little above for a 3 star Italian rated hotel. Nice breakfast buffet. This hotel is not in a tourist area so amenities in the area are limited. A good hotel for a first night stay before heading out to other cities in Italy or the last night before departing Italy. There is a local bus line with stop within walking distance of the hotel. This bus will take you to the bus terminal in Venice for 1.6 Euro for each person. Return cost is the same. Considering the cost and the availability of the bus line to Venice, this hotel could work as a base for a multi-day stay in Venice. There is a hotel shuttle service from and to the airport. that is quite reasonable. A taxi from the airport to the hotel can be quite expensive considering the distance.

Stay before airline flight back to the USA

Nice modern hotel. Not in a tourist area so night life and other off-site amenities are limited. Hotel staff helpful. By far the best breakfast buffet for our stay in Italy with a wide array of food available. Transport to and from the Venice airport a breeze. Would be the same for travel to and from Venice based on conservations with other travelers on the mini-bus. A little confusing but nothing out of the norm for Italy. I would stay again and would suggest it to my friends.

Shopping tip: Short walk from hotel

There are a number of large stores within walking distance of the hotel. Some are discount and are geared to the local population. Also there are a couple of inexpensive pizzerias in the area. The one we tried was about 40 Euros for pasta and salad for two with wine.
