Great staff, perfect location, lovely atmosphere
The room was small but very functional - plenty of room for our baby to crawl around once we unpacked. The staff is fantastic - the rooms are very clean. This was a great place to stay with a baby (they don't have a working elevator yet, but you can store a stroller downstairs). The location is really ideal - five minute walk to San Marco square, and just slightly off the tourist route so there isn't madness outside your window. The breakfast is pretty bare bones - yogurt, cereal, butter, bread, etc., but with great coffee - and there is so much food in Venice, who wants to fill uyp on breakfast anyway? Highly recommended..

Short walk from hotel
If you are going to Murano, Burano or the airport- takewalk to Fondamenta Neuve and then take the boat from there- a 10 minute walk saves about 35 minutes on the boat.
