Perfect location
The service was great and the front desk reception was very helpful. We got there early and they held our luggage so we did not have to drag it around. We got an apt. suite so close to the square with wonderful views...great for the money!

Tricky to find, but once you have
Tricky to find, but once you have it's a good location. Five minutes walk to the Rialto Bridge and less than a ten minute walk to St Mark's Sqaure. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Bedroom and bathroom were adequate. Breakfast was disappointing: cereal with the consistency of cardboard, squash was provided (not fruit juice), fruit yogurts which had clearly never been near fruit, very sweet croissants etc. Good place to stay, but don't bother with breakfast.

MOSQUITO VILLA
Our closet size room (they called it the economy room) was on the fourth floor with no elevator. Not a problem I like to walk. BUT: we woke up the first morning covered in mosquito bites and the same story the next morning. Venice is a beautiful city but we couldn't wait to get out of this hotel and away from the mosquito nest that was our room. Fantastic location and friendly staff were not worth the mosquito attacks.

This hotel is welcoming with an excellent cleaning service. It's not really easy to find it the first time but in fact it's very close to the Rialto Bridge and St Marco. The only weak point is we had a never-ending noise of air-conditionning in our room. For the price paid (80€/night) it was a good choice (breakfast included).

L'albergo si trova a pochi passi
L'albergo si trova a pochi passi (meno di 200 metri) sia da Piazza San Marco che dal Ponte di Rialto. La nostra camera aveva un balcone che dava su un canale,da cui si godeva una splendida vista, incredibilmente romantica. La camera (di tonalità blu) era arredata elegantemente con mobili in stile veneziano,pavimento in parquet, lampadario in vetro di Murano e tapezzeria alle pareti. Buona e abbondante la prima colazione. Simpatico e disponibile il personale. Albergo assolutamente consigliabile.

立地＝申し分ありません。初日、ヴァポレットの停留所（リアルト）から大きなスーツケースを引っ張って歩いて5-10分くらい。さらに5分歩けばサンマルコ広場。 朝食＝シリアル・パン・フルーツケーキ・フルーツポンチ・ヨーグルト・ハム・チーズ・ソフトドリンク 基本的に毎日同じでシンプル。 ゲストランドリー＝なし。 スタッフ＝どの方も、皆さん、親切で温かい ベッドメイク＝いつも丁寧。清潔感あふれる毎日でした。 エレベーター＝なし。最上階にアサインされると、けっこうトレーニングな毎日。（『プライベートバスル ムがセパレート』の部屋は最上階） Ｐｌａｃｅ = very good !! I pulled a big suitcase and walk from the VaporettoStop (Rialto), for 5-10 minutes. Furthermore, if walk five minutes; Piazza San Marco. Breakfast= serial bread fruitcake fruitpunch yogurt ham cheese soft drink There is no guest laundry Bedmaking=very polite. All Staff = Always kind and warm There is no elevator = If you assigned the top floor, that is like training ! （The room of "private bathroom separate" is the top floor）

Très bien situé
Une fois l'hotel localisé, ce qui peut prendre un peu de temps, on se rend compte que la localisation est idéale pour visiter les principaux sites de la ville.

Emplacement privilégié
Situé entre ST MARCO et RIALTO, nous étions à moins de 3 minutes de ces endroits magiques et incontournables. Bon accueil et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Chambre confort (lit 160) avec SDB pas luxueuse mais propre. Bon adresse dans l'ensemble où nous retournerons sans hésiter compte tenu du rapport qualité/prix. Le resto associé à l'hôtel : il y a un ambiance chaleureues mais la cuisine ne vaut pas celle que vous feriez vous même...

Avis favorable...
La vue sur le canal longeant l'hotel est le point appréciable, à condition d'avoir la bonne chambre (la 212 entre autre, pour 3 pers. max quoiqu'un peu serrées, avec petit balcon). Sinon, buffet à volonté pour le petit déj et hotel à quelques foulées de la place St Marc et du Rialto.
