Ai Reali Hotel is the newest luxury destination in the heart of Venice. Its strategic location, just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco, making it perfect for a short stay or as a base to explore Venice in its complex entirety.
The building that hosts Ai Reali Hotel has been for centuries the residence of the noble family named Reali famous, during the Serenissima Republic, for the sugar trade and overlooks Campo della Fava and the Church of Santa Maria della Fava built during the 14th Century.
Today, after careful restoration, the historic building reopens as a 4 stars luxury hotel with 37 rooms and suites elegantly decorated and full of comfort ..

if you are thinking to spend some time in total relax, here is the Reali Spa & Wellness where you can spend a a little quality time, perhaps after a hard day of walking through our beautiful streets.
An elegant dinner with a table overlooking a canal or a simple business lunch, will be satisfied by our restaurant "Alle Corone" with typical Venetian cuisine and appetizing solutions for vegetarians, or a glass of wine in our wine cellar or in the garden (open in summer) . Please note that the restaurant has a children's area, where parents can leave their children between the ages of 4 and 10 years in a place equipped with games.
If you are planning a meeting, Ai Reali Hotell is equipped with a great conference centre that can accommodate up to 75 people and if you want to realize your dream and get married in Venice, Ai Reali Hotel will be happy to organise your wedding with its generous space, accommodations and high quality food options.

- Our Suites are composed of a magnificent living area of 30 sqm. elegantly furnished with luxurious furniture and fine antique inlaid wood floor, recovered after a thorough restoration. The sleeping area of about 30 sqm. overlooking the canal, are furnished with valuable antiques. All accompanied by a marble bathroom and gold taps.
- Comfort room
- Our rooms comfort size is about 14 square meters and the bathrooms are accessible to people with disabilities. All rooms are equipped with a double bed. No twin beds available. They are decorated in a classic and elegant Venetian style.
- Classic Room
- Our classic rooms offer a high level of comfort. They are decorated in a warm Venetian style with antique wood floors or in the typical floor called "terrazzo" found in palace. All marble bathrooms are equipped with bath or shower
- Deluxe room
- Our beautiful deluxe rooms combine the elegance of the palace in all the most modern comforts. They are all of generous size (30 sqm.) And decorated in the elegant Venetian style.
- Junior Suite
- our Junior Suites offer the very generous size, each measuring about 40 square meters, and are decorated in a classic Venetian style. Many of them are furnished with antiques and have original traces of the noble history of the palace
