Situated in an elegant historic residence, Hotel Ai Pini is surrounded by a large park and the blossoms of a charming garden. Recent painstaking restoration work on the hotel allows it to offer 48 luxurious rooms. The Baldo family, owners of the historic villa, opened the hotel in 1987, ensuring the absolute excellence of a service with great attention to detail. Whatever you require (baby sitter, car hire, tourist information, etc.), the management and staff of the hotel would be delighted to help. Other amenities include Lobby and Reception.
Ai Pini Park Hotel Venice Rooms
- Double Room Superior
- Our Superior rooms are equipped with all facilities (minibar TV satellite, private bathroom, internet and PayTv) They are completely refined, bathroom has only shower (bath tube available in Deluxe rooms). All Superior rooms are non smoking with moquette. They are more spacious than standard rooms. For these rooms it is possible to book family rooms with 3 o 4 beds.
- Double Room Deluxe
- Our Deluxe rooms are the most spacious and well furnished rooms compared to Standard and Superior rooms. Inside this kind of room beyond the wide space, you will find in each room the table for your laptop and a wide shower or a bathtube at choice. - These 6 modular conference rooms, are all equipped with the latest in technology, ideal for small meetings or congresses of up to 240 persons. Heavy and cumbersome equipment to be used in conferences and expositions can be easily carried and installed in the room. As all rooms give to the outside, they benefit from direct light and depending on requirements could be fitted with different seating configurations: school, horseshoe, auditorium layout (with or without lighting effects), with head conference table, show room set-up or any other configuration upon request.

- The curtains and bed covers are made with coordinating fabrics. The wall lights are in Murano glass. The floors are covered with carpet or parquet. The junior suite has a bed and studio area with a desk and table, while the suites offer two separate areas, one for the bedroom and another for the sitting room and studio. There are countless comforts to satisfy each of our guests personal needs: safety deposit box, adjustable air conditioning, TV with satellite channels, pay-TV, web TV (to navigate Internet using the television set) and music on demand. The suites offer bathrooms with a hydro-massage bath, while the junior suites have a bath or shower with an extra-large box unit.
- Restaurant.
- The restaurant is situated in a spacious and bright room on the ground floor with a direct view over the park. You can choose from renowned international cuisine or taste traditional dishes from Veneto, all prepared with the freshest products (we never use frozen products) and with vegetables, meat and fish bought on a day-to-day basis. The hotel specializes in home-made pasta.

Treated like family
The desk clerk gave us detailed instructions on how to navigate Murano and Burano without a guide, and how to get to and from Venice proper easily. The hotel is on the mainland, but in a quiet spot with good and fast connections. We particularly enjoyed dinner on our last night. We ate in the quiet garden next to the owner's family. She treated us like one of the family, even helping to serve. She sincerely thanked us for coming and even met us at the desk the next morning. These touches really made the stay excellent.

Beyond our expectations!
This wonderful hotel, exceeded out expectations for a 4 star hotel! Not only was it a beautiful villa turned hotel, very clean, amazing rooms and outdoor seating and serving area, flowers everywhere, but the owners and staff treated us like family. Their breakfast was great, we would sit outside in the garden and be served cappuccino and cookies and relax after long days touring Venice. They had a beautiful restaurant in the hotel also, which also went out of their way to just make us a sandwich which was all we wanted when they were in the midst of a grand dinner event. We chose this hotel for our 3 night pre cruise out of Venice. It was in the Mestre area which is actually on the mainland about 20 minutes to the island of Venice and its train station and Vaporetto/water bus system. The Mestre bus system is right in from of the hotel so it took us everywhere quickly and easily to the island of Venice and surrounding islands of Murano. The staff had advised us of the availability of buying these daily passes for this bus and Vaporetto which was unlimited access. We would advise anyone to take advantage of this right at their hotel desk. Much easier that buying them at the docks. The only negative thing we could say about this place was that we had to leave this wonderful villa for our cruise. We could say a lot more but will leave you with this,..... it was Bello!!

Short walk from hotel
Just done the street from this hotel villa is a wonderful gellato sweet shop, further done the street is another one, but we really like this one. Also a little further about 2 to 3 blocks opposite the gellato shops is a little "bar" that one can buy a sparkling water as we did and when we bought this water, for 1.5 Euro we were offered a whole bevy of home made pizzas, calamari and tortolini

Was even better than the photos.
Stayed in the hotel to make connection to flight from cruise that disembarked the previous day. Rooms are large & lovely - bathrooms just as beautiful as pix & equipped w/ good quality hair dryer. Gardens are beautiful & peaceful. Hotel staff very friendly & went out of their way to assist us w/ any need. Ate dinner under an umbrella in the garden & enjoyed food a great deal! They make their own pasta on the premises & spice dishes w/ herbs grown in garden. Only drawback is it's not w/in easy walking distance to town of Mestre or Venice - need to use taxis or public transport (stops close by). With that in mind I would highly recommend hotel.

Employees very helpful. We did not know we Needed to leave the room card in the slot on the inside to keep the lights working( then when you leave there is no chance to leave the lights on because you will have the room card. They were quick to solve our dilemma. The restaurant was very good. It was a very short walk to the bus stop take the bus to downtown Venice and back.Downside it cost 45 euros on cab each way to and from airport.

Very nice
Nice hotel, clean and friendly. Bus was right in front of the hotel and it was easy to reach the island of Venice from here. WE were here for Carnivale and the city was crowded so it was nice to be able to stay in a quiet hotel. Highly recommend.
