Bathroom (especially the shower) were very small and smelly. No non-smoking rooms are available. The second hand smoke from the other rooms wafted in to our room as if all of the doors were wide open. When we opened the windows the street
noise from nearby bars and the train station persisted loudly very late into the night and only helped the smoke pollution slightly The first night I was barely able to finangle an iron from the front desk to press my shirt for a workshop I had to attend. The cord was two feet long and the iron smelled of burnt plastic. The cleaning staff removed it from my room and when I asked to use it again the manager told me that they had no iron... she repeated this over and over. The included breakfasts had very little choice and were basically no good. The hotel management and staff should attend a course on MODERN hotel management and customer SERVICE.
