centrally located hotel offers family the comforts of home
The hotel was centrally located and nicely furnished. We were able to see the city's beautiful sites by taking a short walk. The complimentary breakfast was quite good, and the staff was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The fact that they offered free internet to the guests for 30 minutes daily was a plus.

Nice place, nice stay, bad internet
This is a very nice, upper-scale hotel with all the amenities. Unfortunately, their internet was not working and, since it was Saturda,y they couldn't get a repair person in to look at it. This is internet service charged at 10Euro for 24 hours. They requested a refund for me, but I wanted the service. Parking is also charged separately.

One of the better hotels in Trieste
One of the better hotels in Trieste for the price. Good room, good breakfast with a lot of choice, and easy to walk to anywhere in town. Parking was 7 Euros per day in garage around the corner. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful though English was limited at times. As this was the start of our travels it provide a nice starting point. Highly recommended.

personnel efficace mais politique commerciale nulle (quand un client loue trois nuits, on peut accepter qu'il revienne sur la réservation d'une nuit, non? surtout s'il s'est donné la peine d'avertir 24h avant par téléphone, deux fois). Sur l'hotel, la chambre 1 personne était médiocre (mauvaise distribution du mobilier, peu d'espace), la salle de petit déjeuner bruyante et peu accueillante très decevant dans l'ensemble
