The salami made from Cinta Senese pigs, Appennica breed lambs, cheeses, legumes and seasonal vegetables are all sourced locally! Even pasta is homemade in very own kitchen. The Ristorante dei Merli menu offers flavours from the culinary history of the territory, accompanied by the best selection of Maremman and Tuscan wines. Wunderbarer Ort! Insbesondere
Wunderbarer Ort! Insbesondere das Essen in der unten im Haus gelegenen Taverna Etrusca ist großartig!! Alles sehr authentisch, Zimmer recht klein, aber gemütlich. Werde gern wiederkommen.
