The BEST WESTERN Hotel La Solara is in Sorrento and is located in the most beautiful residential area, only 0.8 kilometers from the Puolo's beach and three kilometers from the city centre. Completely refurbished and air conditioned, the BEST WESTERN Hotel La Solara has all the characteristics of a first-class hotel. All rooms have TV-satellite, direct telephone, radio, hairdryers, minibar and a small safe. Free Wi-Fi Internet Connection. Restaurant on premises, heated olympic swimming pool and children pool. Free sunbeds and parasols available. Complimentary pool towels are supplied too. Courtesy Hotel shuttle bus service to Sorrento Centre and free private parking. A free hotel fitness studio is available and a games area situated in the lemon groves close to the swimming pool. Free Wi-Fi internet point. Free mini-bus service to city conference center. Taxi transfer to/from the airport or the Railway Station of Naples at 90 EUR (includes up to three person) one way. Please contact the hotel prior to arrival date to arrange the service. 10% national VAT included. Local city fee is up to 1.50eur per night, per adult over 18 years old (for arrivals starting from 1st of April 2012). The additional fee is excluded and it will be paid directly at the hotel.

Simply amazing!

I cannot rate this hotel high enough! The staff, without exception, were extremely friendly and more than helpful. We had a lovely junior suite which had a large balcony and fantastic view of the bay. Breakfast was varied and well presented with lots of choice. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. There are no words to describe what a wonderful stay we had at the La Solara Hotel. I would recommend it to anyone - in fact I already have!!

When arriving by train at Sorrento, use the free hotel shuttle bus (which picks up guests a short walk from Sorrento railway station at 15 minutes past the hour every hour) and save yourself Euros 40 on a taxi from the station to the hotel.

Superb hotel. Food, rooms, staff

Superb hotel. Food, rooms, staff and facilities all excellent. Slightly inconvenient being out of the centre of Sorrento (although quieter), but free hotel shuttle bus every hour on the hour. Cannot fault the staff for helpfulness and attention to detail. They even offer free Italian lessons!
