This comfortable residence is surrounded by a large yard planted with citrus trees and other typical Mediterranean plants - in this protected and peaceful spot guests can relax on one of the chaises longues at any time of the day while enjoying the sea breeze.
The 18 large - bright rooms have been furnished with taste and simplicity - using natural wood furniture with clean lines and light fabrics and some of the original features of the abbey have been preserved and restored - including the terracotta flooring and antique arches. The rooms all enjoy a view - either of the sea or the peaceful garden that surrounds the property - A variety of accommodation options are available - from single rooms through to rooms sleeping up to four people - all completely equipped for disabled guests and offering heating - air conditioning and a television - most rooms also have an ensuite bathroom - please confirm when booking.
The public areas have been designed in keeping with their former functions in the abbey - the refectory has become the breakfast room and the recreation areas have been turned into a cafe with tables and chairs - a TV room and a reading room.

This was a great place to go as a family. The rooms were simple yet lovely. The large suite our 2 families shared, could house as many as 10. The location is wonderful for the Sorrento area. It is an affordable option to stay right near the
ocean. The hosts are very, very friendly and accomodating. They provide computers with internet access and a very nice breakfast. I highly recommend his place. Only draw back were the local fireworks at midnight, but I can't fault the hotel for that.

This was a great place to stay to take day trips to Capri and Pompeii on boat and train. It's also a short bus ride to Sorrento.
