Twenty apartments of various size and type are available for the guests, which can accommodate from 2 up to 8 people. The Residence is an ideal accommodation for large groups and weddings arrangement.

- From Florence: From the A1 motorway take the exit for Firenze Certosa. Immediately after the tollbooth, at the roundabout take the expressway for Siena. After about 60km, you will reach Siena. Take the exit Siena Ovest-Porta San Marco and then turn left onto the SS73 Senese Aretina. After about 3km, you will reach the village of Costalpino, turn left for Grosseto and San Rocco a Pilli. After 2.5 km turn right for Barontoli and Carpineto. Follow this road for about 3km until you see the signs for Le Corte and Linari, follow this road and after a short distance you will find the Residence and the Health & Beauty Center.

Die SPA-Einrichtungen sind nicht
Die SPA-Einrichtungen sind nicht verfügbar (lt. Hotel im Juli und August komplett geschlossen). Insbesondere das (fehlende) SPA-Angebot hatte uns speziell gelockt! Im Übrigen wäre dies wohl, selbst wenn es ab September wieder verfügbar ist, ohnehin nicht im Preis inbegriffen! Es gibt im Prinzip keinen Zimmer-Service. Es gibt keine Klima-Anlage!! Das Frühstück ist zwar ausreichend, aber weit entfernt von einem "köstlichen Frühstücksbuffet". Vielmehr findet das eher als rustikal-spartanisch zu bezeichnende Frühstück im Bereich der Pool-Bar statt. Der drahtlose Internetzugang funktioniert auf unserem Zimmer nicht, da wir im obersten Geschoss offenbar zu weit vom letzten Sender sind. Fazit: Die Lage ist sehr gut und das Ambiente sehr nett. Als Familien-Domizil sicher o.k., wenn auch teuer (im August!), aber nicht als hochpreisiges Hotel! Dafür fehlen die Zutaten!
