Chiusarelli Hotel Siena

Our radiator was broken in our room and stayed on high heat all night, and staff were not helpful in dealing with the situation. The windows opened directly onto the busy and noisy street so we couldn't open them to get relief from the heat. Breakfast was substandard and although adequate for a one night stay, the whole place seemed worn and a bit dirty. The location would have been good if you were on a higher level that didn't open directly onto the street (i.e. you could have climbed in the window from the footpath).

This is a lovely Hotel, excellent position for the bus station, town centre, views, stadium, fort , restaurants etc and the staff are really kind and friendly. It can be noisy because of traffic and revellers outside which means sleeping with the window shut.

Minutes away from the bus station, this is a very charming and typically European hotel. Great location if your popping into Sienna for the night on your way to Florence from Rome. Wi-Fi is paid by the hour, which is sort of annoying, but the hotel is charming

I can only say good words for this hotel. The location is wonderful. Just a few minutes away from Piazza Gramsci, where you can take local and regional buses to neighboring cities of Florence and nearby cities of Rome etc. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is also very close to the city center. The rapport between price and value is excellent. This is the hotel of my choice for Siena.

When we arrived at the hotel, there didnt appear to be any knowledge of our reservation. Fortunately i had my reservation with me and we got an upgrade to a junior suite. We had actually gone to Siena to get married, and when ,on the wedding day, the staff finally found out, they could not have been more generous with their kindness and good wishes. The whole stay was excellent and the food and accomodation some of best we've experienced in Italy. The one thing we wish we had tried earlier was the restaurant. The menu was both interesting and varied and the quality of the food was fantastic. Well worth a visit even if you aren't staying in the hotel.

Very nice and friendly hotel. Our room towards the stadion on the back was very quiet. Location a few minutes from the Il Campo. Unless you are disabled (many stairs) we strongly recommend Chiusarelli.

Hotel magnifico, pulito, romantico; personale disponibilissimo, a due passi dal centro di Siena. Unica piccola pecca: ha un parcheggio davvero minuscolo, potrebbe succedervi di dover parcheggiare la macchina al parecheggio pubblico (fortezza) gratuito qualche centinaio di metri più in là. L'hotel sorge proprio dietro lo stadio comunale, fate attenzione al rumore dei tifosi il sabato o la domenica pomeriggio...

ホテルの内装や外観を含めた雰囲気がとてもよいと思います。 宿泊した部屋にはバスタブがありました。夏の暑いシエナ散策の後、あえてぬるめ、あるいは冷たいお風呂につかる時間は最高に感じられます。シャワーだけの部屋もあるので、予約の際はバスタブ付きの部屋をお薦めします。
