Spaltenna is an ancient feudal hamlet consisting of the church with its bell tower dated from the IX Century, the adjacent castle and a small group of houses, a splendid example of medieval architecture. Each of the 30 rooms and 8 Suites, all with air-conditioning, satellite TV and minibar, offer maximum comfort and a splendid view, either down the valley or into the internal courtyard.

- At 1 Km away from the main building, situated in the lovely village of the tenth century "Vertine", all with valley view, these pretty and comfortable self-catering apartments are equipped with kitchen. Facing towards the beautiful tower of Vertine, a tower of historic importance and a symbol of the Chianti area. The apartments are composed of bedroom, sitting room, kitchen, bathroom with a tub as well as a shower. Cleaning and linen change each 3 days. Minimum stay 2 nights
