- Studio apartment composed of a living room with kitchenette fully equipped, double sofa bed in the living room, double room and bathroom. Linen, towels, final cleaning, electricity, water and air conditioning/heating included in the rate. One cleaning every 5 nights of stay. Breakfast on request: 8 euro per person.

Wonderful, the grounds were astounding,
Wonderful, the grounds were astounding, hotel room was quite big and very well equipped. The hotel staff were excellent nothing was a problem very friendly. We loved this hotel it was one of the highlights of our European holiday the swimming pool location had a very relaxing atmosphere, birds chirping plenty of table and chairs to relax and just enjoy the grounds which were huge. We would definitely return to this wonderful hotel and beautiful Siena.

Stayed 6 nights just recently
Stayed 6 nights just recently to 18 Sep09 so I can really comment on this hotel. Service is EXCELLENT...being a home run establishment it's VERY much one on one service...The rooms are somewhat small and dated BUT that's what you get anywhere in Italy.....Has Wi Fi internet at a cost of 3.60 Euro per hour. a Large supermarket down the road and 10 mins to the railway station.I would recommend this hotel as it's location is EXCELLENT and as stated the service is better than a 5 star hotel..!

Lovely Hotel
Charming, comfortable hotel. Staff was very accomodating and friendly. The room was clean and very functional. The setting and grounds were restful and beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and abundant. In truth, we spent very little time there as we were sightseeing during our 2-night stay. Only drawback was distance from town. Would definitely recommend, especially if looking for a place to relax and enjoy the settings and grounds.

Beautiful, but outside of town.
This place was in a lovely old farmhouse, very Tuscan, great value for the money. The staff was very helpful in making recommendations for dining etc., and the included breakfast was wonderful! Only drawback was that it was outside of the walled city of Siena, so required a cab ride each way to get to the heart of the city.
