BEFORE YOU BOOK!
THE GOOD: -Internet worked in room (WiFi) -Pretty clean for a hotel, I have higher than average standards (I'm military) -We went to Siena to walk the city center. -Card keys to access the rooms. -Staff was helpful. -Nice size TV in room. -A/C in room. -No balcony, just window that opens with a rail. -They have a fringe. -They have maps at the front desk for....."tourists" -They had a breakfast buffet..... THE BAD: -They had a breakfast buffet.....eggs were cold, bacon was very fatty (more than I've ever seen). Typical Italian breakfast other then that with pastries and coffee. -Kind of an isolated area. You could walk to the city center, but it's a bit of a hump. They have escalators to take you to the top, but it's better to drive and park in one of the large parking garages and then go on foot. The city center was......a city center. 1 Hour trip tops. -The nice lady at the front desk recommended a restaurant that she usually eats at. It was a typical Italian Steak place. It was "ok" but if she recommends you to it, order their specials. We learned after the fact that that's what they were known for. We witnessed tables near by with great looking meals and we ordered off of the regular menu. Big mistake. Steak was bland. The restaurant was called Montebuccio. -Bed was suppose to be a queen, it ended up being 2 beds pushed together. That ended up being a challenge. Overall, it did the job. I've stayed in some pretty bad places traveling in Italy. This was one of the better ones. It didn't look like there was anything nicer for the price. Good luck.

Short drive from hotel
IF you go to Montebuccio, order the specials and have the front desk make reservations for you. It gets busy.

Todo muy bien, la habitacin, el personal encantador, el desayuno muy completo pero el precio un poco caro, casi 90 euros de media por noche.

Hôtel bien situé non loin Porta
Hôtel bien situé non loin Porta San Marco. Petit déjeuner correct. personnel sympathique. internet gratuit. parking donne sur la tangienzala mais double vitrage.
