Great location in Northern Italy.
We found the hotel staff very helpful. We were dropping off our car in Trento and boarding a train. The staff help sort out the car drop off with Hertz (location was wrong on the paper work). Easy access to town, resturants and grocery stores. We prefered to eat in our room. There was limited place for setting up our in room picnic....no table. The room was very modern with every thing built in...including a narrow table/shelf with one chair.

In Hotel
The dining expierence was less than expected in this hotel. We had lunch in the dining room along with the England girls soccer team. It would have been much more pleasant having the althletes and other guests separated. The staff had a difficult time serving us and others who were ordering off the menu and having a glass of wine.
