Excellent location and friendly staff
The hotel's locationwas excellent. Our rooms were vey comfortable and quite spacious,which was a surprse after Ihaving read some reviews about hotels in Rome. The staff was very friendly and took care of our requests asap. They were also good at recommending restaurants and making reservations for us. Overall, we were very satisfied and extremely relieved when we saw our super clean rooms..

Clost to termini station. You can even take the airport shuttle to the stn and walk to the hotel. Will save you money on the taxi.

Clean and Modern
The IQ is very modern and very well kept, both in common areas and your room. Rooms made up daily and nothing is undone. Location is near Termini but across from the Opera. The neighborhood is user-friendly with several delicious Italian restaurants, like Est Est Est, two irish pubs, and lots of ameneties including clothes shopping. The buses run along Via Nazionale one block north and go everywhere. Several musums and ancient churches within 3 blocks. We loved the IQ. The rooms were not large, but were well turned out. Nice bath. The staff accomaded my grandson and I when my wife could not go on the trip, and made up a twin room for us from a king room. We had the best time and the weather was wonderful. Be sure and read up on the early Christian Basiicas and add them to your itinerary. The Piazza Navona area was best for al fresco dining, but everywhere we went it was awesome and comfortable. The Merulana Ristorante across from St John Giovanni was a perfect little country restorant in the middle of the city.

Hotel iq is fantastic, 2 minutes from bus terminal , 20 minutes from Trevi fountain , breakfast is well worth the 10 euros, rooftop has decking and heated seating area, vending machine is great for a late night drink after a long day sight seeing , staff very helpfull, would definitely stay here again, fantastic stay.

Great for tourists!
Great hotel in a wonderful location! Right next to the Opera House, and within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and metro. Extremely friendly staff. Very clean rooms. No air conditioning, but a wonderful little balcony. We just left the door open to the balcony for fresh air. Would definitely stay there again!

A great stay
Hotel was great! Room was clean and modern, great internet connection (they gave us 5 passcodes for all of our various devices). Hotel staff was great and there was a gym and a laundry! Parking was off-site but behind the hotel, so no issue. Close walk to most everything. I would stay here again.

iQ Hotel-Rome
Staff was pleasant and courteous. Hotel provided well-designed amenities. Cleanliness of room and common areas was superb. Room size and comfort was severely lacking. Furniture was hard and minimal. Hotel advertised "sofa bed," which was really a fancy roll-away bed. This option came at an significant extra charge. Location was good. With all said, an average experience.

Tolles Hotel
Das IQ Hotel im Rom, befindet sich nahe dem "Termini" (Zentralbahnhof) und ist somit mitten im Geschehen. Es ist wirklich sehr sauber und bietet mit einem tollen Aussenbereich die Möglichkeit sich zu Entspannen. Frühstück erhält man für 10€ Aufzahlung und es zahlt sich wirklich aus. Es ist ein grosses, frisches und internationales Buffet.

Concept génial
Pas de demi-pension donc pas d'obligation de repas pour le soir, mais de très bon conseil de la part de la réception. Par contre, sur le toit, il y a une terrasse très agréable où vous trouverez des distributeurs de sandwichs et de boissons très variés. Sinon rien ne vous empêche d'y apporter votre repas. Petits déjeuner en sus à volonté (10€) Établissement impeccablement tenu et personnel très aimable et compétent.Excellent souvenirs de ce séjour à Rome.

There where good places for food but one place was GREAT. Matermatuta restaurant at Via Milano 47 near Via nazionale is excellent place to eat. Good Italian food, wery good staff and atmosphare.
