The royal treatment with palatial proximity

In a neighborhood populated with embassies and Italian ministries, guests might bump shoulders with aristocrats during their stay at Hotel Veneto. Located near exclusive Via Veneto, an Umbertine-style palace constructed before the turn of the 19th century, the hotel also boasts proximity to Villa Borghese and the Spanish Steps. A spa offers replenishing treatments, while rooms with ornate furnishings and deep colors feel regal. The hotel offers no restaurant on site, but the prestigious neighborhood holds many gems.

Highlights
  • Located near Spanish Steps and Villa Borghese
  • Spa
  • Shop Via Condotti
Location

Nestled in a neighborhood amongst embassies and ministries, Hotel Veneto is a place to experience quiet sophistication. Walk through Villa Borghese, stroll Via Veneto or head to the Spanish Steps where exclusive shopping and fine restaurants are by the dozen. Termini Station and the underground Barberini stop are also nearby. Navigating Rome from this hotel is easy.

Rooms

Each of the hotel's 71 rooms has been renovated and soundproofed. Ornate furnishings, deep colors, wood floors and marble baths give rooms a regal quality, while bathrobes and Jacuzzi tubs give guests the royal treatment. Allergy-free rooms can be requested. All rooms have air conditioning, private bath, satellite TV, free one-hour Wi-Fi, mini bar and include buffet breakfast.

Features

The 19th-century Umbertine style palace off Via Veneto makes this a choice hotel. Retreat to quiet sophistication in a neighborhood with embassies and ministries near Villa Borghese and the Spanish Steps. Ornate furnishings give rooms a rich Italian feel and the spa offers a list of traditional treatments. Hotel Veneto offers secretarial services, baby-sitting, parking and airport shuttle (at cost), one meeting room and a terrace.

The list of services is not elaborate, but it hits the essentials. Unwind in a dimly lit frescoed room before a massage, body treatment or signature Emotional Shower. Relax in the mosaic-tiled Turkish bath or sauna before heading to the updated fitness center with high-tech equipment.

Great place to stay in Rome!!!

Had a very comfortable stay while in Rome. Hotel is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of good restaurants close by. A 10 minute walk to Termini Station and very accessable to other attractions. Am planning to return to Rome next year and if there are vacancies this hotel will be my first choice. Staff very helpful with all kinds of requests.

Hôtel Veneto Rome 09/2011

Séjour touristique. Points positifs: Hôtel propre, bien situé. Personnel parlant français. Coffre fort gratuit.

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel
