Hotel Turner is located in the centre of Rome, at Porta Pia, a site of particular importance in Italy's history. Located 900 meters from Stazione Termini and from the airport shuttle Terminal, the hotel is near the most beautiful urban park in Rome, Villa Borghese, which is a 10-minute walking distance. A 15-minute walk is what it takes to get to Teatro della Dolce Vita on Via Veneto, which dates from the '60s and is still one of the more elegant and exclusive ones. Hotel Turner is housed in a building dating back to the late 19th century which has been carefully restored, and features classic-style, tastefully decorated rooms that recreate the elegant and sophisticated atmosphere of historic Roman houses. The property has just opened its new cocktail bar, operating from 6;00pm to 00;00. In summer the indoor cocktail bar will be operating in 6th floor terrace with the same operating times. Antiques, marbles, stuccos and Damask fabrics are enhanced by the most modern comforts, making Hotel Turner one of the best hotels in Rome.

Sight seeing

When we got there, we were told no room was reserved under our name although my credit card has been charged. We got a queen bed for the three of us while we paid for three. The staff was not professional.

Fun getaway

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was wonderful. Our room was always clean when we would come back from our long days of walking. The only proble that we had it's the location of the hotel, and the wifi from the hotel, and on our package that we bought, we had 2 complimentary alcohol drinks if we would stay more than 3 night. But when we asked for the drinks, they said that the bar was not I'm serivce, because of renovation. Other than that we had a wonderfull time. We want to give a speacial thanks to team orbits and the hotel staff at turner hotel. Would recommend this hotel to friend and family

Good Family Apartment

We stayed here for two nights while sightseeing in Rome. A short walk to the Metro with access to all the sights. The apartments were not as nice as the rest of the Hotel, for example getting the lights to work were like trying to play mastermind and the shower wasn't great. Overall the staff were very friendly and spoke great english. Breakfast was continental and covered in the cost. I would definitely stay there again, but the walk to the metro in 40C was too much for the kids.

There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are lots and lots of great restaurants close by. Including the best Pizza from quatrefoil on the corner.

Really nice and very convenient location

We had a hard time finding a hotel that would accomodate our family of 5 without wanting us to have to buy 2 rooms. We were very pleased with this hotel. They initially put is in a room that was smaller than what we had purchased for the 1st night but changed that the 2nd night, which was fine. We stayed in a 2 bedroom and then 3 bedroom apartment which was extremely spacious. The 3 bedroom apartment had 2 baths!! The staff was very helpful and we really enjoyed our stays. Would recommend if traveling with a family or group to consider the apartments. Worthwhile esp for cost we got [...]!!

beautiful and romantic hotel

We stayed at this hotel during the month of April. We chose to stay in a standard room (# 304 - 3rd floor). they have offered us a superior room with upgrades a 20 euro more, but after seeing the standard room we decided to stay there, because for it was very good. The room is very nice: spacious, new, antique-style. Breakfast was very varied. Excellent location, well connected by public transport. We knew that soon they will open a new hall, even more elegant. will return willingly to see it

Beautiful hotel turner

We stay 5 days in this hotel in Rome. Great location in Porta Pia square. Beautiful and confortable hotel. Our room was number 522 on fifth floor and our view was on nomentana street. Our bathroom had jacuzzi and precious marble. The breakfast was delicious. Great helpful staff. I hope will come back to hotel turner

Dirty Turner Hotel Roma

Overall hotel is not bad, unfortunatelly room was not used for some time and not ventilated, so first night (out of two) was horrible as the smell was very strong. Also bathroom (even word bathroom is probably not usable as the dimensions were 1m x 2,5m). We have to ask on the reception to exchange blanket as was not clean and quite dirty. Most likely I will never use this hotel again...
