very clean great location up to date. everything is close by incloding the metro. the only problem was noisey at night and a teaspoon of coffee in the morning . other then that it was a very nice place to stay . and agapy was very helpfull .the resturant across the streat was very good and afordable .

The hotel is located 100-200 meters from Manzoni metro station (2 stations from central Termini station), but when coming the first time I would suggest taking taxi from the airport especially if you have heavy bags. The hospitality, friendliness, and helpfulness of Agapi are above all expectations. Breakfast (coffee, croissant, and biscuits) is served in your room every morning at the time of your choice. The coffee was excellent. The hotel does not look much and you can tell that it’s old building, but it is very well maintained and cleaned that is most important. Since we booked the room very late we had a “private” (we were the only ones using it) bathroom outside of the room so try to book the room on time and reserve the one with “internal” bathroom. Doors were creaking, but we were out most of the time so we did not mind it that much. Overall, very good experience at the price, especially for Rome & location.

metro stop is close by. Easy walk to the colosseum. good restaurants near by.

This is really not a "bed and breakfast" in the traditional sense, but literally a very poor bed and a tray with OJ and toast (coffee, if desired) rather than a nice restored home, or other historical building with a decent breakfast. It is just a room in an apartment building, its only redeeming virtue being that it is close to a metro station near some of the historical sites. I have stayed in youth hostels that were much better. There is not even any reception area, telephones in the room or available attendants.

The people who ran it were very sweet and it was a good location if you want to stay near the Coloseum. The bed was rock hard and the Hotel itself sort of hard to find once you get inside the building. But overall, the rooms were clean and fairly roomy.

Rooms are large -- could accomodate a family with a couple of children -- a king and 2 extra twin beds in our room. Breakfast was on time, delivered to the room. However, it was a modest continental type of breakfast. Pretty typical B&B experience, except the rooms here are large. Location is good for access to lots of what Rome has to offer. Just a short distance to the Metro station -- and the Metro is easy to use to move around Rome. But, walk to the Colesium and other key sites is also pretty easy and relatively close.

great value great location - not too busy

Trinity Bed and Breakfast was a good choice for us. The rooms were really big, the breakfast adequate, it was quiet, had light block out shutters so we could sleep in and was in a good location. Our room was cleaned every day which was nice too. Really liked that there was a bar fridge, air con and Wifi in the room. Suggested improvements - tea and coffee making facilities in the room and would have liked a piece fo fruit with breakfast and the doors all need a bit of oiling as they all squeak but other than that everything was catered for. Would def recommend to other travellers wanting something cheaper than a hotel but nicer and more private than a hostel.

The staff were delightful; the rooms tasteful, simple, very Italian. We were very pleased with our choice.

It was somewhat difficult to find from the train station with the directions given by Google Map. Once it was found, we met a great manager. We also found a Metro stop only a half a block away. Getting to all the sites was made easy. We had a large room with a room refrigerator. My kids loved it.
