Good Location for the Price
We had to catch our flight back to the states from Rome so we spent the night at the Seiler because it was right near the Rome Termini train station. It worked for us but the room itself was barely bigger than the double bed! For one night, the price and the location, it worked for us.

Short walk from hotel
The Hotel is one block of the Via Nazionale. A couple of blocks down the Via Nazionale (away from Termini) was a very nice little grocery store... The best one we had seen in Rome.

Average hotel
Hotel was in good location. Hood hotel for the money that u paying. Couple bad things about that hotel: room was too small. I got double room, but the bed was little bigger than single. And then i told to reception man about that, he told that that bed is double. ))) And other thing is, i stay in that hotel 2 nights. After one day, my room was clean, but, the only thing that was clean is rubbish. Other things, like bed and towels in the bath were not been changes. The cleaner just tidy them and that's it... complimentary breakfast was ok. No orange juice to choose only. (((

budget hotel with nice staff
very clean. staff knowledgeable about area. hotel electricity was overwhelmed with air conditioning use and room was warm. staff was able to provide stand fan which cooled the room.

Next side street from hotel has internet cafe. Also located on this street was great take out cafe for fresh pasta salads and sandwiches.

The location is good, but the staff is not friendly at all and tried to sell some local tour which is really expensive to us, and told you it is impossible to visit some spots if you do not join the tour. Actully if you get up earlier, it is still easy to go to see some museums. On the other hand, the clean lady took away the towel and did not give us another new. Generally, this hotle is not OK at all and it did not look like as website. I think the same price of the room could have other better choice.
