This hotel was satisfactory. It was in a good location to easily access most of the main attractions in Rome. The best mode of transportation is the bus, which has a stop very close to the hotel. One of the staff members was very helpful. (an
insightful lady from Baltimore .) However, the other staff members were just blah.
Great renovations with nice style. Really liked the decor. It was really nice having breakfast provided, but the staff's personality was severely lacking. They weren't rude, but always quite aloof and disinterested when interacting with them. The
only exception was Ana, who pointed out maps and offered her assistance with any needs. She was the only one to do so. The hotel is just off a main street in a great location for 10 minute walks to a LOT of the main sites. It also is 5 minutes walk fro two Piazzas which are filled with restaurants.
Hotel features (5 = best, 1 = worst):
Short walk from hotel
Take advantatage of the restaurants in Campo Di Fiore, which is a square five minutes walk away. There is a big cluster of restaurants and food places with decent prices.
