Radisson Rome
The rooms were awfully warm, it felt like a sauna. Bathrooms don't have doors, smelly. No closets or anything to put your things away. Would never go back there or recommend that hotel.....

Overpriced and unpolished
The Radisson Blu was a major disappointment. The rooms, unconventional and modern, have a lot of potential, but unfortunately remain unpolished. The curtains were severely water damaged, and the bathroom ceiling was crumbling while the fixtures were poorly finished. For over 300 USD per night, quite a disappointment. Moreover, while the staff was fine, but they did not go out of their way to make you feel at home. For similar prices, I've stayed at the Waldorf in Rome and found rooms, service, and amenities to be far beyond those offered by the Radisson. Although the location was convenient, I would not recommend this hotel to friends, nor would I choose to stay here again.

minimalism at its best
The hotel room was odd with the shower as a head board. The sink and a pole for a closet were right at the head of the bed. Certainly can't wash hands or take a shower if you share a room with someone and they are sleeping. Most inconvenient hotel room I have ever been in. Great concept for the designer bad for the client or customer. I hated the room. The food was extremely overpriced and the staff were not at all friendly. I wouldnt stay there again neither do I recommend it. I expected better.

Dining tip:
Short walk from hotel
Dine out of the hotel. The food is good and much less than in the hotel. Surprisingly the hotel staff recommended this restaurant a few blocks awayon a parellel street.

Hell in a handbasket
The room was 85 degrees - the hotel had NO AIR CONDITIONING ... just heat - and I could not open the window to my room... after complaining for 3 days and being told they would move us - we were moved to a room that the windows would open - I left a $65 tube of Chanel facewash in the shower..when I contacted the front desk to claim it - no one knew anything about it.. they do not have a lost and found department... they have signs all over the hotel that say 100% guarantee... it is only a sign... I have NEVER had such a horrible experience at a hotel ... the staff would assure you they would handle a problem and tell you what you wanted to hear and do nothing else.... the items mentioned above are just two things of a very long list... The place needs to be shut down.... it is horrible..

One night in Rome
This hotel worked out perfectly for our short (one day) stay in Rome. We arrived and left by train so the location was excellent. We also caught the 110 tour bus in front of the train station. The room was clean and modern. Everything worked well including the free wifi internet. Would stay there again.

Time-saving tip:
Short walk from hotel
When going between the hotel and the train station do NOT walk all the way to the main entrance of the station. The side entrances are much closer.

When in Rome
The hotel is conveniently located, in that it's right across the street from the main Rome train station. That being said, the area's a bit dodgey and not a place you'd like to be wandering around at night. Also, our room overlooked the station so you could hear the trains and the announcements up until the station closed. However, the hotel is beautiful and our studio room, though remarkably tiny, was clean and stylish. The pool was also a great place, especially in hot, sweat Rome.

Modern hotel in convenient location
I loved the location. If you need to use train it is literally a short block away. Breakfast buffet is nice--complete with champagne. Drinks at bar were expensive but not out of line for other hotels. The rooms are ultra-modern and pleasant but could use extra storage.

Radisson in Rome
The hotel was clean and efficient. The room was new and modern. The prices were fairly reasonable.Breakfast was great, but we didn't eat lunch or dinner at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Every person at this Radisson made us feel welcome. A great choice in Rome !!

A comfortable stop
Very modern and unusual rooms. Everything was clean and comfortable but the set up was unique. This hotel is right next door to the train station in the middle of Rome and should be advertised that way so people coming from the airport could take the train. We hired a taxi and it was quite expensive. This is a good location from which to explore Rome.
