The room its not clean, the bathroom is old and dirty. When I arrived the room not ready.

Surprisingly, for pensione locate right at the door of Termini I enjoyed staying here. It was quiet and the breakfast was adequate for the group I was travelling with. Easy to catch public transport and eating at the varied places in Termini. Essential for students travelling on a budget. I would stay there again.

Well all I can say is WOW As moderate travelers we book and go away at least 3 times a year. I can honestly say I have NEVER been SO appauld. Orbitz should seriously consider taking more time in to assuring the hotels they list are actually LIGIT establishments. We booked this one night in Rome for proximaty to the train station and economy. This was not a 'you get what you pay for situation. This room isnt even worth $30 a night!! The 2 person staff were rude and intimidating. The rooms were near prison-cell like. The coverlet on the bed had ciggarette burn HOLES in them. The pillow cases were stained. The sink at the foot of the bed was a rusty humiliating sight. I could continue but for the sake of everyone else's time JUST STAY AWAY!!

Had one room at the very top in an adjoining building, nice room but quite a hike to get there and aircon ineffective (but it was very hot). The other room was a major hassle as they put my brother and his girlfriend in the tiniest room I've ever seen with a small single bed in it. When he told them they didn't appear to want to help and finally after persistence was moved to a double room, but with no aircon. You have to pay to watch the TV, location is good, but I couldn't recommend.

while at the hotel, i watched Tv, this hotel does not have air conditioning, the temperature average was 98 F, the elevator is like 3ft x 3ft, beds are too hard, the price is cheap, but there is an additional fees if you watch cable Tv, internet or use the phone. i would not stay in this hotel again

It was right beside the train/metro station. That's the only good thing. It was so hot in that room!

it was in the perfect location when visiting Rome, right next to Termini station where there is always food, pharmacies, and super markets open. there is also many places to eat near by.

お風呂は共同ですが、２つあるので待つことはないかと。 ベットがちょっとダニか何かいるのか友人と二人かゆみを覚えました。ちょっと不衛生な感じが・・ フロントの人も親切ですが、ちょっと無愛想かも。 場所は名前の通りマルサラ通りに面していて夜中でも駅からすぐで安心かもしれないです。

値段の割にはきれいだな という印象です。 （建て増ししているようなので、私が宿泊したのが新館だったかもしれません。 部屋の広さや設備は値段なりだと思います。 日本から到着して翌日には移動したので、便宜上１泊されるような場合は充分 ではないでしょうか。 ただ、本館？ の方はトイレとシャワー(いわゆるバスルーム)がない部屋も あるようなので、確認されることをお勧めします。

テルミニ駅から徒歩３～５分ぐらいで、かなり近い。部屋も清潔でバスルームには、大きなタオル小さな石鹸がある。ただ、隣の部屋の音が少し聞こえることもある。フロントの人は何人か交代でフロントにいるのだが、どの人にも英語が通じる。朝食は、ビュッフェ式で、野菜はないが、種類は豊富でおいしい。朝食は７：００から取ることが出来る。大通り沿いにホテルがあるので外からの音が気になる人は耳栓があるといいかも。ホテルのすぐ隣は、ピザ屋で何か食べたいときは便利である。
