Cosy, small hotel with a friendly atmosphere. Best suited for (loving) couples. Modern room in a traditional setting. Located a short walk from Termini station - with walking distance to everything. Spanish steps 15 min, Trevi/Piazza Nuova 20 min, Trastevere/Vatican 40 min

We found this hotel/B&B to be very pleasant. The location is great for sight-seeing. It is maybe 1/2 mile from sites like the Trevi Fountains but everything is in walking distance, even with young child. The building also has apartments, so the hotel staff has to buzz you in from the street. Generally they open the door right away but there were a few occasions where we waited a few minutes. No more then five minutes ever. Then when you get to the hotel wing, the staff again has to let you in. We never had to wait more than a minute for that door. There is a very nice, accommodating man who stays in the hotel wing and is there to provide assistance. We stayed in a triple and the room wasn't spacious but had enough room to be comfortable. The bathroom was very nice. The room was very clean. The beds were harder than we like. Although there was an air-conditioner, we couldn't get it to work very well, and it wasn't even summertime. The heater certainly worked. The room was quiet and we were able to sleep well, with the exception of the first afternoon that we arrived. It must have been the attendant's day off because the door to the hotel wing that you have to ring to get in, referenced above, kept ringing as if people couldn't get in. That was the only time we experienced issues with the buzzing, though. Breakfast is served on an enclosed patio that is very relaxing and private. The spread includes a few fresh pastries, a variety of fruit juices, fruit, cereal and various packaged toasts and snacks.

Excellent location in the city centre, clean room with a large bed. Very kind staff.The hotel is not very easy to find as it is located inside a large old office building. My room was very quite as it faced the inner yard (noise is a well known problem in many hotels in Rome) Internet connection is very unstable (although complementary), no hairdryer in the bath

Great little patio that was air conditioned which you need in Rome in July. Fairly easy to walk to many sites in Rome and easily accessible to Metro and good bus lines. We also could walk to the main train station, re: stazione. Nice breakfast and would definitely go back there as the rates are very good especially for the location.

THE PLACE IS WELL LOCATED IN ROME - FOR YOUR MONEY IS WHAT YOU GET AND I WOULD SAY MORE - THE STAFF THE OWNER AND A MALE ASIAN DESCENDENT DO THEIR BETS TO MAKE YOUR STAY AS COMFORTABLE AS´POSSIBLE - NEAR MARKET NEAR PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION RESTAURANTAS AND TRAIN STATION YOU DO HAVE TO LOOK FOR IT AS IS IN A THIRD FLOOR. IF ONE LIKE US WANTS TO WALT THROUGH ROME LIKE WE DIDI AND NOT SPENT ALOT OF MONEY IN A ROOM IS WHAT WE RECOMEND- THE BREAKFAST IS SIMPLE BUT WELL SERVED

Cet hôtel est à mi-chemin entre Hôtel et Chambre d'hôtes. 9 chambres seulement réparties sur 2 étages dans un bel immeuble ancien comprenant également des habitations privées. Très propre, très calme, idéalement situé car à côté de la gare centrale de Termini, non loin du centre ville et avec facilité d'accès aux différents sites à visiter. Hôtel idéal pour un week end prolongé à Rome où l'on passe la majeure partie de son temps à visiter la ville et qu'on ne rentre à l'hôtel que pour se reposer et dormir. A noter très bon petit déjeuner copieux, sur une terrasse d'été agréable. Accueil composé de 2 personnes charmantes parlant anglais, mais pas français. Fortement recommandé.

Super séjour dans cet hôtel B&B qui était une grande première pour nous et que nous ne regrettons pas. Les chambres sont petites mais très propres et confortables. L'hôtel est idéalement placé (tout prêt de termini), ce qui permet de visiter Rome avec beaucoup de facilité. Le responsable de l'hôtel est très sympathique et agréable, toujours prêt à rendre service. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais on y trouve son bonheur. L'accès à l'hôtel reste "compliqué" la première fois car il n'y a pas de plaque sur le bâtiment, il faut sonner à l'interphone et prendre l'escalier A jusqu'au 4ème étage. Bon séjour à tous ceux qui ont la chance de partir, nous venons d'en rentrer et nous avons adoré !!!

Chambre donnant sur la cour intérieure, ne pas être claustrophobe! Odeurs insupportables dans cette chambre, suite à absence de siphon dans la douche... Nous sommes très déçu car pas de possibilité de résoudre rapidement ce problème d'odeur sur 4 nuits d’hôtel.

Hôtel confortable. Personnel accueillant. Chambre impeccable et super équipée.Emplacement très central permettant de visiter Rome à pied. Le petit déjeuner fort copieux pourrait être un peu amélioré quant à la qualité des produits mais c'est le seul bémol.
