In Love With This Place!!! Highly Recommended!!!!!!!
I stayed here for a week! I was alone, so I had single room. The room was small, but average size for European standards. The staff at this hotel is amazing! I arrived 5 hours before check in time and they immediately called housekeeping to see if my room was ready! My room wasn't available, but they offered to hold my luggage and told me it would be about 2 hours. I was in fact able to check in 3 hours early, which was a relief after my long flight from the States. The room was very clean. The room had a full compliment of toiletries, which were replaced daily. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! I didn't use the mini-bar, but the price list seemed reasonable. The location was PERFECT!!! I was able to walk to everything I wanted to see! These included the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Colosseum and Vatican City to name a few! Marianna and Francesca, at the front desk, are absolutely amazing! They deserve special recognition! They were always willing to help! I will definitely stay in this hotel again!

Fantastic location!
Excellent service and staff...location was perfect and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Room was comfortable and street noises silenced by the double windows...we will consider returning again. The only negative - if it is one at all - is that they charged for Internet service...but, the fee was acceptable.

Ideal gelegenes Hotel für Erkundungstouren
Sehr gute Lage, nur zwei Strassen von der Spanischen Treppe entfernt. Die Buchung und das Checkin waren problemlos. Es wird sehr gut in Englisch kommuniziert. Vorausschauende und freundliche Receptinistin: Sie orientierte uns vorab über die bevorstehenden Streicks im öffentlichen Transportwesen, so dass wir den Flug doch noch rechtzeitig erwischten! Das erste Zimmer lag genau neben dem Liftschacht mit entwprechenden Geräuschen! Ein Zimmerwechsel war problemlos möglich. Das zweite Zimmer stank jedoch nach Fäkalien. Der ganze hintere Teil des Hotels scheint ein Lüftungsproblem zu haben: die Klimaanlage, obwohl ausgeschaltet, bringt kalte übelriechende Luft in die Zimmer und Gänge. Kalte Zimmerluft. Keine Bettdecke, nur Leintuch! Kein Morgenessen-Buffet im Hotel. Nur überrissen teure Continental/american oder italien Breackfast zu 20-25 Euro p.P. in der Bar möglich. Deshalb begannen wir die Erkundungstouren hungrig und frühstückten dann an anderen Orten. Töffparkplatz und Autoverkehr rund ums Hotel. Gute schalldichte Fenster!

Sehr gute Lage mit Komfort
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Shopping-Möglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Lage ist an einr Nebenstrasse und die Zimmer, welche zum Hof liegen sind sogar richtig ruhig. Sauberkeit wird gross geschrieben, das Personal ist freundlich .

Nice hotel with excellent location - kiva hotelli, erinomainen sijainti
Room was small, nice and clean with air conidtioning and free wi-fi connection. The location was excellent - walking distance from most of the places. Metro station was close by. If you use metro be extra careful with your belongings - our purse with money and credit cards was stolen from handbak in our way from Spagna to Termini. Even if we were three we didn't notice when that took place. We might come back to this hotel one day. Pienehkö, mukava ja siisti huone, josta löytyi ilmastointi ja ilmainen nettiyhteys. Sijainti oli erinomainen - kävelymatkan päässä monista kiinnostavista nähtävyyksistä ja kaupoista. Jos käytät metroa, pidä erityistä huolta tavaroistaisi. Rahapussimme rahoineen ja luottokortteineen varastettiin käsilaukusta matkalla Spagnasta Terminiin. Vaikka meitä oli kolme, emme huomanneet koska varkaus tapahtui. Voisin käyttää tätä hotellia uudelleenkin.
