I've rated the location as very

I've rated the location as very good, but then that's because it's in exactly the part of Rome I want to be. This hotel is also perfectly located for anyone who wants to go to the football matches (the stadium is about a 7-10 minute walk). Also some very good restaurants near by that don't cost the earth. So in all, I can't complain.

excellent value

Quiet tree-filled section of Rome just on the north side of the Tiber. Lovely walk along the river to the Piazza Mancini bus/tram terminal connecting to all of Rome. The hotel is quiet, clean, very impersonal (like that or not up to you). Classic old roman restaurant 2 minutes from the hotel serves excellent pizza and other dishes. Stay here often when in Rome. Well known fruit and vegetable market in the neighborhood. For those who want it the cafes and bars of the Ponte Milvio neighborhood offer a busy nightlife.
