New, Clean Hotel

Hotel is new. Staff are great - will help with any questions. The rooms are small by U.S. standards, but typical of European standards. They were very clean and comfortable. The hotel was not located within walking distance of any of the major sightseeing places in Rome. It was further from the train station than we thought. We did not eat at the restaurant - but it looked pleasant.

Great value!

We booked this hotel with beadkfast to make sightseeing easier. Even though the hotel was located out of the center of Rome, bus transportation covered all over Rome. We caught the bus from in front of the hotel to go everywhere. Free Wi-Fi was available and it also helped us a lot. The hotel was very clean and mordern, staff were very freindly. They let us check in early and gave us a bag breakfast on check-out day since we had to leave very early. We will use this hotel again if we go back to Rome!

Roaming Rome

The staff was very polite and most were eager to please. The restaurant was supposed to be open until 11:00pm but one night we went in at 10:15pm and were told that they were closed and we would have to order room service at an additional charge.

Time-saving tip: Short walk from hotel

It is a very short walk to the bus stop. Make sure when returning to the hotel that you do not miss your stop. If you do miss the stop get off at the next one and walk back as the route goes several miles out before stopping for a break of 15 minutes before returning. I stayed on and the rest of the route until getting back to the hotel took over an hour and a half.

Poor location, poor hotel

Very bad location, not feel safe in neighbourhood. Not walkable to the main attractions in Rome. Are begiining of the trip was spent near Spanish Steps and could walk everywhere, including Vatican City. We stayed in very old hotels that were much better shape than this brand new one. New ammenities but very poor quality, loose faucet, exposed wire on hair dryer, construction overhead.

Wonderful

This is a fantastic hotel with excellent staff. The hotel is modern, clean, and attractive. It is an excellent value for the money. I would absolutely stay here again. It is 2 miles from the Colisseum and 4 from the Vatican, and we walked. It was quite easy and enjoyable.

Modern Luxury

I was only commuting through Rome, but ended up staying an extra night here because the hotel was amazing and affordable. I think since, however, the prices have gone up a lot. The room was very luxurious, and definitely a very different take on what I think about when I think "hotel in Rome". A little hard to find because it's in a courtyard. Need better signage, perhaps. A walkable distance from Termini Station (30 minutes), but there is also a direct bus I've seen. Only downside would be that it's quite far from all of the attractions. But overall, very clean and nice amenities like jet bath, free internet, television, etc. Also, the room doors are a bit difficult to open and close. To open - Need to pull before you push in. To close - Need to push in and hear the click.

Resort-like

The hotel is a bit far from Termini Station, but can be walked in 30 minutes. Lots of interesting little gems along the walk, but make sure you don't pass the hotel because it's hidden in a courtyard-like place. The room itself is like stepping into a resort. Good service. Clean. Modern amenities like included internet and cable television. Would definitely stay there again.

Rome Weekend Visit

Hotel was about 2 km south of Roma Terminal. Staff was excellent. Room was spacious and beautiful. Couldn't get the room safe to work despite several attempts. Great breakfast buffet for twelve Euros. Didn't eat dinners there. Thought they were over-priced, but they did have the traditional Italian four-course menu for 22 Euro. Bus 105 stops at corner immediately outside of hotel that goes directly to bus/train terminal. Use of Rome metro system allowed me to visit all the major sites with ease at minimal cost. Used my Map feature on Iphone to freely walk around the city. Main drawback was the hotel's internet. Very, very slow. On the second morning, I couldn't access it at all.

Make sure you use metered cabs. Don't accept "deals" from taxi hawkers at the station. Learn the bus system as soon as possible. Rome is one big tourist trap, especially the cabs!

Great hotel, ok location.

Hotel quality was excellent. Room was very nicely furnished and staff were pleasant and helpful. Location was OK, though not the greatest, but it was along a major tram and bus route, which made accessing other places easy. I would absolutely stay here again if given the choice. The only complaint is that the air conditioning was not functioning, but instead the heat worked whether or not you selected "Heat" or "Cool." It made for a very hot night the first night.
