This is a pleasant hotel in a good location. 1009 FR The hotel is housed on the 4th floor of a traditional building. The hotel is located in the heart of Rome, very close to the famous Via Veneto and a few minutes from the Termini railway station.

Very small hotel on the 4th floor

Very small hotel on the 4th floor of a normal suburban building. Good location, close to Termini and with many bus connections, easy to get to all sights. As it is in a non-tourist area, good restaurants and lower cost shops are around. The negative on this hotel is that the bed covers were extreemly dirty, water kept running on leaking taps and the rooms to the front can be very noisy at night from a nearby bar/ club. The hotel has little facility to leave luggage. Overall we would stay there again, knowing what to expect. The staff overall is very friendly and helpful.

This is very in front of the noisy

This is very in front of the noisy clubs, where many young people making noise all night long on Friday and Saturday. Staffs are very friendly.

Grande cortesia e disponibilità

Grande cortesia e disponibilità del personale. Camera e bagno spaziosi e ben arredati (cassaforte,minibar e phon). Buona la colazione continentale servita in camera (non c'è sala colazione). Buono il collegamento con Stazione Termini e Centro (solo via bus).
