The hotel was located on a cute ally-plaza-like street with only three buildings which I loved because I was able to rest my tired feet after a day long sightseeing. It was at a walking distance from the best of Historic Rome, like the colleseum,
the Palatine, Piazza Venezia, Piazza Spagnola and the list goes on.
During our stay we had many issues with this hotel, our tub leaked on the floor the whole time we were there, so we lived in a puddle, when we complaint to the staff, they said that nothing could be done due to the holidays. The water temperature
was cold and we got very little hot water. This was inappropriate as the weather was extremely cold. When complained, they said they could not understand the problem. The hotel staff was very difficult to understand, no instructions on how to use the telephone, TV were available. There were no brochures explaining the shopping areas, how to get to different locations etc.
