The Clarion Collection Hotel Principessa Isabella is a refined, quiet and high class hotel. You will find in the heart of Rome but in a calm street far away from the traffic. Immerse yourself in the ambiences of this hotel, where the elegance and traditional style triumph, joined together with every possible modern comfort. Recent inauguration the elegant and refined breakfast room, bar and reception, have just be inaugurated. The breakfast buffet is open to all guests and the bar, serving drinks and cocktails, is in a large living rooms with sofas, free newspaper and digital TV. City tax: 3 Euro per person per night (starting from 10 years old) excluded from the rate and payable directly to the hotel. Parking available on site at 35 Euros per day. WIFI is 2 Euros per hour. No change for pets. One pet per room.

Decent location, breakfast was

Decent location, breakfast was adequate, and room was tidy and modern. The only problem was that they charged me an additional 6 euro for "city tax" on top of what I was supposed to pay through Hotel Clubs booking. When I questioned the charge, and pointed out that the confirmation voucher stated taxes were included in the booking fee, I was told that the city tax was not included. I would not stay here again on principle alone.

Great hotel for price and location

Rooms just remodeled to brand new and spotless. Lobby still needs renovated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is great, especially for price paid. Altogether, great value hotel.

undergoing extensive renovations

Fairly good location, renovated rooms are small but there is no air conditioning (even in May that would have been required). Undergoing extensive renovations with a lot of noise and a very scary elevator.

Great location for the price

I was surprised of the room, it was very nicely decorated and clean. I could have been a little bigger but it was only myself. There was some remodeling but did not interfered with my rest. Breakfast could have been better served, expecting fresh cappuccino not from a machine being in Italy. Also, I would have liked a hot breakfast with eggs and some potatoes, but over all the hotel and the staff were pleasant and eager to help. Location was good and walking distance to a lot of must see locations. I would stay there again next year with my wife and would recommend room 545 with balcony and roomy bathroom.
