perfectly located hotel
staff were pleasant,efficient.the food was good value well presented .prices in the bar were better than any of the establishments i visited.the rooms were spacious,clean and the plumbing was excellent.the hotel is located walking distance from Termini station or a seven Euro taxi fare from the historic district.

Wonderful stay in Rome
The hotel was really very comfortable, and the king sized bed was amazing! Lots of pillows. The only issue we had at all was a sewage smell coming from a drain in the bathroom, and the staff didn't offer to do much about it. However, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful in all other areas. The location was very good, within 5 minutes of the train station.

Short walk from hotel
Get the Green Line tour bus if you have a family. It is about 96 Euro for 48 hours and it really helped ease the traveling. We just hopped on and off anytime we wanted at all the major stops. When we got tired and it started raining one day, we rode the double decker for an hour and took a little nap.

not four star
definately not a 4 star hotel. older, somewhat run down lobby. new renovation of the room with cheap plastic and glass. bathroom fittings are lose and the tissue holder fell off the wall. bad TV. no safe in room. arrived at 10am but checkin is 2pm. staff made no effort to get us in the room early. in fact, they had an attitude when asked. have stayed at better, less expensive hotels in the area. But, breakfast was very good and close to train. would not go back.

OK - Good location
The location of this hotel was pretty good..... The hotel itself was good but not exceptional..... Put this in a catagory that "I would stay again" for the value. The room was clean and comfortable, but nothing special. Would recommend with caveats...

Overall decent hotel experience
Excellent location near Roma Termini station which is a five minute walk away. The area is full of hotels and restaurants, so most people you meet will be travellers of some sort.

Good Value + Great Location
The reviews i read prior to trip were pretty much on target. The location to Rome's Termini was great and that was one of our requirements. Staff, especially the Bell Hop went above and beyond during both of our stays with helpful information. We stayed there twice during a visit with relatives in Northern Italy and used railways to and from. Excellent breakfast spread and dinner was good and very elegant.

Comfort and convenience
This hotel was just a short walk from the Rome Termini and an enjoyable walk to almost everything we wanted to see in Rome from the Trevi Fountain to the Forum. I can't say enough about the convenience. On the day of our departure for home at 5 AM, the staff made sure there was coffee and pastry so we didn't have to travel hungry. I would certainly recommend this hotel to all Rome travelers. The staff was exceptional. Steve J

Great location and nice modern rooms, but the staff at the front desk were very cold and rude. I stayed for 3 nights , but the room was cleaned only once

The hotel was in a good location
The hotel was in a good location close to Termini. The room was impressive, very modern and a good size. The breakfast buffet was good. I would recommend this hotel.
